Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang

Excellent hotel on the island near VinWonders Park. A true paradise. There's a large outdoor pool under palm trees, with varying depths for both children and adults. The beach is clean and beautiful. If you walk out and turn left along the shore, there's a lovely promenade by the sea. You can also go up the hill to a Buddhist temple. I highly recommend everyone visiting Nha Trang to stay at this hotel for at least a couple of nights! The atmosphere in the city is completely different; here, it's total relaxation. Buggies transport you to the park. We bought a 2-day ticket to the park, which is much cheaper than buying daily tickets. A speedboat takes you to the island for free. We took the cable car back. The hotel breakfasts are wonderful, with a wide variety of options, including good European cheeses, pastries, juices, fruits, and vegetables.

We booked this hotel for two nights to visit the amusement park. Overall, we were very satisfied. The hotel, pool, and beach were all clean. Our room was cleaned regularly, and amenities were always replenished. There was a wide variety of food available at breakfast. You could also order room service at any time, and the prices were reasonable. For those who might find it important: The bathroom was fully stocked with everything you might need (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, a razor and shaving cream, cotton buds, a comb, cotton pads, and a shower cap). The room also came with flip-flops, slippers, a bathrobe, and a beach bag. We didn't use them, so I can't say if they were free or not; you might want to check. There was even an iron and a weighing scale, which isn't something we've seen in all 5-star hotels.

We stayed at a villa. It's important to understand that while there are about 90 villas in the hotel, only roughly the first 20 have beach access. The others are quite far from both the beach and the main building. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't respond to requests for an earlier check-in (they ignored all emails), so we were only able to check in at 3 PM, even though check-out is standardly at 12 PM. Practically everything at the hotel meets a 5-star level – it's clean, beautiful, the service is good, and the buffet at the restaurant is decent. It's convenient that you can get to the Harbour area fairly quickly to walk around, visit shops, and restaurants.

This villa is comfortable, clean, and can accommodate large families. The private pool offers a great sense of privacy, and it was wonderful to have so many attractions and dining options nearby, such as VinWonders and Vinpearl. The accommodation itself is also very beautiful!

Great hotel! They have a Russian-speaking administrator who was incredibly helpful with all our questions. The constant shuttle service to the park and the pier/cable car was very convenient. The beach is lovely and peaceful. After the bustling Nha Trang, this felt like a true oasis of calm. Breakfast was also perfectly fine. We were there with our child and we all really enjoyed it! Thanks for making our vacation so organized!

We stayed at the villa for one night to take the kids to the amusement park. The 100% pros are the separate waiting area for the boat or cable car, and no queue to enter the park from the hotel side. What wasn't so great – the breakfast could have been better and more varied.

The drawbacks were minor (the overall impression was almost excellent) – sometimes we had to wait a little longer for a buggy than we would have liked, but that's understandable given how many guests were at the hotel. Also, some tiles were chipping off in the villa's pool, and when we arrived, we personally removed about 50 pieces from the pool. While the plumbing fixtures were premium brands, there were some issues with them. Cooking isn't allowed in the villas; only staff can reheat food, and even then, you have to sign some paperwork. We only managed to get a knife after a long discussion. Otherwise, we liked the villa; the kids' area was excellent, and when we ordered room service, the portions were huge and quite tasty. The food at the Jasmine restaurant was delicious, and we really enjoyed the breakfasts too. The beach was great, the sea water was refreshing, and there were no waves in the bay, though sometimes there were jellyfish. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Beautiful hotel right on the seafront and just a 5-minute walk from the park. Everything was wonderful.

Everything was great, clean, and convenient. However, the outlets in our room were loose and didn't charge properly. We also wished there was a footstool for kids to reach the sink. And only two 0.5L water bottles were provided. In such hot weather, we would have liked more.
