"It's quite close to the beach, just a two or three-minute walk. The room has a small balcony with a direct sea view. Even though we arrived early and our room wasn't ready, there was a place to store our luggage, so it didn't delay our plans. The downside was that check-in and check-out were quite inefficient, but it wasn't a major issue. Also, this is an apartment hotel, so the rooftop pool isn't free to use. If you want to use the rooftop pool, you can stay at the hotel on the other side of the building."

"The impressions are mixed. The view from the room is gorgeous. The location is average, more interesting ones are at the new Plaza shopping center, where we moved later. It's okay for 2-3 days, then it's boring, you'll either go to the center of Nha Trang or to Lotus. The hotel is very tired, the breakfasts are a C, very monotonous. The only fruits are watermelon, banana and dragon fruit. In summary: you can stay for 2-3 days, admire the views, then it's better to move to more lively or more secluded locations, Vincom Plaza or Doc let Beach as an example."

"We stayed in late August, and the hotel had only been open for about two weeks. We chose it because it was brand new and located on our favorite street, which offers everything from smoothie shops to 24-hour convenience stores, and it's also very close to the sea. Our room was absolutely fantastic – clean and bright. We opted for a room without a balcony but still enjoyed a lovely view of both the sea (you could even spot Vinpearl Island) and the city. The food was a delight; we had the chance to experience both their buffet and set menus. All amenities were provided in the shower, which was a pleasant surprise as I wasn't sure if I needed to pack my own shampoo, conditioner, etc. – they had everything! 👌🏽 Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the entire hotel property. Beach towels could be exchanged multiple times a day; we even took some in the evening to relax on the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help or offer advice. Overall, we were initially concerned that being a new hotel there might be some teething problems, but we were absolutely delighted and will definitely return many times over. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! 🫶🏽"

"What more could you ask for with a sea-view room for 200 yuan? Even if it's a 'third-tier' sea view, the room is spacious and generally clean, so it's still worth it. The only downside was that check-in wasn't until 2 PM. I arrived in the morning and couldn't check in, so I ended up wandering around outside for half the day, practically baking in the sun."

"Despite being well-presented, this establishment exhibits signs of aging. The room was spacious but require some renovation. It also required a dedicated cleaning crew for daily upkeep as we did a wipe down ourselves and the wet wipes were filthy.
We were taken aback to find that our room had not been cleaned after we left that morning at 8 am for an island hopping tour, returning only at 4 pm. Upon inquiring at the reception, we were informed that the cleaning staff concluded their duties at 4 pm that day.
However, the location is excellent. It is just a stone's throw from the renowned beach, with numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, and grocery shops in the vicinity. Additionally, it is within walking distance of a shopping mall and a night market as well."

"Private Villa was very nice and modern. Private pool and view was amazing.
Rest of the hotel area with public pool and dining area was not more than average. Layout for mass tourism.
Staff was very friendly and helpful as far as they understood English.
Breakfast buffet was ok but dinner buffet and also the a-la-carte restaurant was a nightmare - especially for the requested prices.
I recommend everyone to drive to the cable car island station: there you get more choice, better quality and all this for 30-50% of the hotel price.
All in all the private villas are nice for a family vacation but the main building (normal rooms) I suggest to skip."

"We had one of the best holidays in this resort. It’s situated outside of the Nha Trang downtown which makes it very calm and relax area too, situated on the cliffs, having big area to walk around, not big pools but very scenic. Resort has the greatest staff to answer all your needs and just for a small talks too. Most of all I loved its spa, which has wide variety of services that will make you relax very well. Breakfast is great and very tasty, restaurant food too. Resort organized nice dinners for Christmas, offered Christmas spa packages too. Would love to come back there once again."

"The hotel facilities and proximity to the beach were amazing. Breakfast delicious and rooms spacious and inviting for families with children.
As written in other reviews, the hotel only provided 9 beach umbrellas with seats and they were mostly taken by other guests, meaning that we often had to pay for other seats despite being Havana guests.
We wouldn't stay here again for one big reason of noise. The paradise club opposite Havana totally ruins this hotel. It has live singing until past midnight, and the club itself doesn't close until 2.30am.
The pool looked fantastic in the photos but in reality it was windy on the 5th floor and the water was cold. We found the beach water so much warmer."

GGuest UserI am still in Nha Trang. I booked 4 hotels for total 8 nights in Nha Trang. Novotel was the third hotel I stayed. Currently I am staying at the fourth. Of those four hotels I stayed (or staying), Novotel is the hotel I would visit again in the future. It isn’t the most expensive hotel of the four. But in terms of the benefit/cost ratio, Novotel comes the first.
1. Location is great. It’s located at the heart of Nha Trang, right in front of the beach. There are many restaurants near by.
2. Hotel has several parasols and chairs on the beach. They are free for the guests. Very convenient.
3. The staffs are great. Someone stole my passport right after check-in. I visited a massage shop before my room gets ready. And massager stole it while I was lying face down. (The massage shop was recommended by a hair cut shop right across the street. Be careful.) Of course I was mentally shaken. But the staffs were so helpful. They were concerned about my situation, and didn’t hesitate to lend me helping hands. They even proactively prepared some documents, in case I come across unforeseen situations. This sort of considerate gestures helped me calm down. This was a classy service. Also I can sense they shared my information to see they were so ready.
I stayed at a cheaper hotel before Novotel. It had a bigger and newer building. These are what I experienced. It took three phone calls and three staff visits over two hours to open a safe that was locked from the beginning. And so many group tours. I was constantly surprised by their loud voices during the breakfasts. I even saw 5-6 shirtless young men sitting in front of the hotel chatting. No one stopped them. I was shocked. And those attitudes of front-desk staffs…. Don’t get fooled by photos.
There was one person I wanted to thank before I leave Novotel. But he wasn’t on duty….
And yes, it was strictly massage. What are you thinking?

Everything was clean.
It’s situated 10 minutes from the north beach, right in front of the hotel there’s a massage salone. 5 minutes from a good grocery store, also there’s a cheap laundry on the corner.
- The breakfast was ok, I can’t say that I enjoyed it too much, but there were soups, noodles, sweats, fruits, eggs etc. So I could find something everyday. It finishes at 9:30, too early for me, as I was suffering because of jet lag.
- They provided us with beach towels that are changed daily; also you can use sun beds for free.
- Wi-Fi is fast
- the pool on the last floor is good and clean
There was YouTube and smart tv.
About some issues:
- It’s quite noisy outside (people in Vietnam wake up early, at 5 am and do sports on the beach, they bring speakers with them), also we could hear people in the corridor, a church nearby rings the bells every night. So I would recommend using earplugs.
- They don’t provide a clothing rack, we were using hangers to dry our swimsuits; it’s very inconvenient, I believe in such places where people goes to the beach everyday that’s a must have
- there’s lack of hooks in bathroom, also I would add more hangers, some shelves
- in our room the balcony was a tiny one, you can only stand here, but it’s impossible to seat (as I remember there were rooms with a normal size balcony)
But overall I enjoyed staying in this place, thanks to the hotel workers for high level of service. I recommend booking this hotel and this area of Nha Trang in general (imho it’s better than the center).

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is okay, not those hotel located just across the harbour front but it is quiet and convenient enough. The hotel exterior no need to mentioned but very nice and cozy. Hotel room is huge and my husband and I slept like babies all 4 nights straight, the mattress and pillows are just perfect.
Their buffet breakfast is not the type could surprise you but be fair they are okay with the taste and variety. Staff are very nice there and welcoming you as always.
Special thanks to receptionist Nov Anh, she is very professional with all the questions and enquiries you made. Other staff may not quite understand what you were asking but they all try their best to accommodate while your stay.
Potique Hotel has a private beach in front of Novotel Hotel, we went there twice and enjoyed very much. They provide towels and sunbath chairs with umbrella. Sadly the service close at 5pm, but you can still keep their towels with you after 5pm and pass them to reception when you finish.
Apart from this, one day I came back early (around 1-2pm) and probably disturb the cleaning ladies. I already mention we will stay outside at sitting area and wait until they finish, but seems she still get pissed with us with a sad face. That night we don’t have enough tissue paper and toilet roll inside the room…..
Overall, I enjoyed our stay very very much, friendly staff is what delighted us always when we come back from travelling outside. Thank you for providing us a special stay at Nha Trang.

YYuliaDJrA good hotel, clean, decent, quiet. There were problems with the word in the shower in the room, but we generally did not care, so we did not call the maids about it. Friends in the room did not have such a problem. The toilet and bathroom in a separate room, and not in this strange way separated by glass from the bedroom, which is a big plus. On the 17th floor there is a small pool, but the water there is cold) but the photos on this balcony are very beautiful, the view is beautiful. Breakfasts are normal, not everything is tasty, but there is always something to choose from, in extreme cases every morning there are scrambled eggs and phobo, toast, jams, fruits, pastries, delicious coffee. It is enough to have a snack before going out. It is difficult to navigate the distances, we took a bike rental and went everywhere on it, so everything was close to us) it seems to me to be about 10 minutes' walk to the beach. I did not take a photo of the room, because it is the same as in the photo on the site. The room had slippers, robes, towels, and everything for washing and showering. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day.

TTravelSlavRigel is probably one of the best hotel in my entire life! Firstly, they provide very delicious meal in the buffet. Secondly, even though our room was extremely cheap it was very spacious and I haven’t seen so big bed! Plus we could visit the gym and play billiards for free. May be one disadvantage is the view - the empty space looks like abandoned airport (but with gorgeous mountains).

Hotel didn’t attend about paying for early check in (200.000vnd) they were saying “yes it can be at that time” I said “okay sure I can wait”, so it wasn’t check in at that time I really came , I was waiting for 2hours. When he said “u can go to ur room! But it’s 200k vnd for early check in!” I was surprised cuz why u can’t tell me before, when I asked u?! Receptionists weren’t helpful! Next one: they charge for water! ******* water! Water that includes in the room, I didn’t ask additional water, I used bottles in room. They charged me to pay for water?! Water that is not a compliment for guest anymore, it’s recourse to stay alive for humanity, especially in such weather like in Nha Trang, it’s so petty and inhumane!!!Rooms there not that cheap and they have issue with free water for drinking? Gosh. Same problem that u paying too much but nobody cares in this hotel about ur personal boundaries, something simple like to keep silence on a hallway. 5am kids are running and screaming in a hallway and knocking to the doors while they playing, why should I wake up in the morning and argue with those people about their kids?! Why should I say elementary rules to save silent and don’t bother to others???! Next one : after kids (argued and they left hallway, I came back to sleep again, BUT : came cleaning service 2hours later and with noise “cleaning cleaaaaaning cleaaaaaaaniiing” knocked cleaning service (I was like a parrot to repeat three times “thank u , not now, I don’t need it now and I pressed button before To not disturb “, why do they do this I can’t understand?! I paid for 2nights at this hotel I checked in earlier than 2pm , it was 11am or sth, they charged me for this! But situation that I left hotel earlier on a big half of the day, nobody cares and nobody gave me back money I didn’t use for living?! *** ?! What’s wrong with this hotel and those people which works in this hotel? I dunno!,

GGuest UserIf you’re on a budget this hotel is good! It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the main stretch / beach / shopping mall etc We were on the 5th level (room 508) & can see partial Seaview. We then moved to room 512 which has street view. Outside is a convenient store for the basics - water, junk foods etc they only take cash. A few coffee- tea places 1-2 minutes walk from hotel. We booked the deluxe room it’s quite spacious. Bathroom is big only downer is the drainage is bad after shower or bath it floods the bathroom area. There’s a desk space with chair & small kitchenette with kettle etc. There’s a small cooler fridge but it wasn’t working in our room. Aircon worked well. Housekeeping daily to refresh towels etc.
The receptionist Ly & Minh were very helpful with a smile all the time! ☺️ Reception is 24/7.
Breakfast from 6am-9:30 am good range , not much European style breakfast unless you’re ok with fruit, vegetables, toast with hot beverages. There is an egg station where you can have your eggs cooked fresh your way.
Taxi via Grab APP is real quick from outside the hotel. Some wear & tear in room apart from that it’s good.

RREES DAVIDFor the price, exceptional. The room did not entirely match the pictures provided as the balcony provided was very narrow, so narrow in fact that a chair could only fit if placed sideways. The furniture in the room was also not well arranged, placed together at the end of the bed. All in all though, for the price, this is really an unbeatable offer. Staff at the desk were friendly and attentive, we encountered none of the issues with waiting mentioned in other reviews. The room was clean and the location was excellent. Despite a minor complaint about the balcony I wouldn't hesitate to return.
