Not bad, a typical Hilton hotel. Summer is the peak season in Falls City, so don’t expect prices to be favorable. The indoor swimming pool is just a small pool, suitable for children to splash around.

It is about 5 minutes away from Niagara Falls, so the transportation is convenient, quiet, and the staff are very friendly. However, there are still a few slices of Papa John’s pizza and a pizza box in the drawer of the room. Maybe the staff did not clean up what the previous guests ate. I mean, I only cleaned the visible part and didn't put it in the drawer. Very unpleasant.

Only stayed one day but overall the room was clean and everything was good. Only issue was that I tried turning up the room temperature heat because was chilly inside the room but don’t know why temp wouldn’t go up. Other than that room was good.

The toilet wasn’t flushing so they told me they can give me a plunger to see if I can fix the problem. That was the summary of what Rhonda at the service desk told me with her rude attitude.
I didn't come to the hotel to fix there plumbing issues. I had to leave the hotel without even knowing where I was going to spend the night with my one year old.
