DO NOT STAY HERE! The room was absolutely disgusting and they took a security deposit! God knows what for when it is In the state its in! They said to us we would get our deposit back in 7 days its now been a month! And they are refusing to help us due to us using a prepaid card which they told us to use! As their machine wasn't working for our credit card! They are now refusing to help as they don't accept prepaid cashcards! Which Is a disgrace as they told us to use it so they could get their deposit... they obviously knew what they was doing and knew they would keep it and not help when we had a problem. There was also dirt and finger nails behind the bedstand as one of the pictures shows. I couldn't add more than 10 pictures but there was alot more wrong with this place and can't believe they are asking for a deposit when the rooms are disgusting! Save your money and stress and book somewhere else!

Booked a double-bed room at Courtside Inn on a November 2022 Sataurday for $59 + taxes and fess =＞ $70.70 CAD total. The staff were very kind allowing us to change our booking date and honour it in the case of severe snowstorm, after we have called and emailed them. The desk staff is friendly and happily provide extra toiletries and towels upon request. The room includes a mini fridge, desk & chairs, and flatscreen TV. The shared microwave an coffee machine is in the office. They provided basic free breakfast of small pastries and coffee. The room were fairly clean and spacious. Great location close to Niagara Falls Downtown area (Clifton Hills) about only 10 minutes walk. The downsides are just noisy old air conditioning/heater unit, and the thin walls that allow us to hear our neighbours talking at night.

I stayed here not even an hour with a friend (who is East Indian) and I waited in car while he checked in so when we finally got to the room I realized I needed a password for the wifi so I went to the front office to ask for the wifi password and the lady immediately demanded that I give her the key and told me I had to leave because he wasn’t there ( He went out to grab a few things like water, snacks, etc.. ) and told me “I didn’t know a white lady was here.” That is the most disrespectful thing I have ever dealt with in my life, I am still in shock. DONT. GO. HERE.
