I am very satisfied. This is my second stay. The boss said to me, welcome home๐๐๐. I saw that the hotel has been renovated, the hygiene and environment are much better than before, and the front desk service has improved a lot. I just forgot to take pictures again. There is a red 601 bus at the door, which is very convenient for visiting Waterfall City. Awesome๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป

Itโs little disappointed expectations for me the room without heating and the TV is not working properly the last before I check out I saw the beds bud on the pillow running around I also showed the picture to the front desk lady ๐ฉ

Promised family suite king bed and 2 queen .. room had inadequate seating many broken drawers cabinets not enough towels for family suite deadbolt on door broken .. not at all as described when booked .. some beds with only 2 inch foam pad on plywood .. very disheartning .. but free hot breakfast in am was something positive I will mention

This place is a dump. An agin motor lodge that has not been maintained very well. It's budget, I get it. But the mattresses were just terrible, so uncomfortable. The cable tv wasn't even in service, despite the receiver being connected. Damaged walls and cupboards made the place look terrible. But the beds...so bad.
The staff tries hard, puts out a half decent hot breakfast, but the property is a shambles. Won't book here again.

We use this hotel often. No frills. But inexpensive. Close to everything. Breakfast included. Can't beat it. Niagara is very expensive.

This property was the cheapest option available and the quality reflected the that. If you want to save money and are willing to sacrifice quality this hotel fits the bill. It was a fraction of the price of other hotels.
Examples: Some of the bedding was worn thin. The heater didnโt work but there was a space heater provided.
I do like that they have no hidden fees. So many hotels charge a fee after the fact / a tourism tax, but what you pay ******* is all you pay for this hotel.

good value, good quality bed and pillows/comforter, plenty of water pressure in shower, great breakfast/coffee, pleasant checkin/staff. Elevator needs a vacuum, room needs another lamp if you want to read. Overall a little "tired" but will stay again

So, it is not the Hilton, but that place offered a lot more perks than many more expensive hotels on Lundy's Lane. First, we got free parking when other places charge up to $15.00 in addition to the price of the room. Then, they served an excellent breakfast: scrambled eggs, saussages, home fries, toasts, bagels, cereals with milk, apple, cranberry and orange juices, tea and coffee, butter, coffee creamer all self service.
The room itself was standard but the bed mattress was very comfortable. Room temperature nice and cosy on cold nights. A humongous TV with Roku.
Very kind personnel. Good service. I am recommending Niagara Lodge and Suites for an affordable and pleasant stay.

Dirty, filthy. Room did not have a fire alarm.
Bed was so dirty we had to sleep in our regular clothes. We left the following morning and moved to a different hotel, even though we still had an active reservation at this filthy and horrible hotel.
