the hotel indoor pool is out of maintenance so we can't swim, breakfast is ok, staff are very nice and helpful! remember to bring your own shower gel they don't provide.

The location is very good. The hotel and the parking next to the hotel are very cheap. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the cliffton hill. It is convenient to eat and play. The hotel itself is relatively old, but the room has been renovated. The thing I want to complain about the most is the service. We took our children and asked where the swimming pool is, but we were given a room that is not on the same floor as the swimming pool! Live in and go to the swimming pool to find out! In winter, you need to walk through the open-air corridor to reach the pool! And there is no place to change clothes in the pool! Remind friends who want to use the swimming pool to check in must be arranged in a room with the swimming pool in the same building. Breakfast is included, but as long as it is sweet, it is very greasy.

Property is run down and very dated. Wifi didn’t work at all. Definitely not worth the money I paid. Would not stay there again or recommend staying there. Breakfast (which we didn’t eat) was served in tiny room in the basement with line up out the door and minimal seating. Saw people leaving carrying there plates

It is close to Clifton hill. The heater was very noisy could not go to sleep, wash room was also gathering water in sink and bath tub, faucet were pulling type not easy to adjust to desirable presure. Hard wood flooring need to wear slipers in room.

Room needs a little care , tiles not finished . Toliets not sturdy , old sofa in room makes place look unclean and old otherwise clean bed and room was clean . Thanks
