The time we have spent in this hotel was amazing!! Everything was perfect. The bed is very comfortable, the room is amazing (they even prepared a surprise for our anniversary!!!❤️❤️❤️). The breakfast was amazing. The staff is very friendly and even talked to me in French so I could improve it! I loved!! I’ll definitely come back!

Small room but location was amazing. Amentiries were pretty light, but it was okay.

The location is exellent! Friendly staff in the reception. The room was fine, but very warm, so we could not sleep very well. We asked for the aircondition, but were told that it could not be used before May, so we just had to open the window (we stayed there from april 27th to may 2th). Outside it was very noisy from the tram and all the people and cars. The temperatur outside was 26˚ C plus the sun and inside the room it was 28˚C. The hotel should turn the AC on according to the weather and not the calender! The breakfast was average in a very small room.

Location is great being right next to shopping district. Only problem with the hotel is the wifi! It doesn’t work and during the 5 nights we where here the wifi didn’t work… so bad that receptionist even offered us his data plan to use. Very poor for a 4 star hotel. Tried to reach out to trip.com and they didn’t offer much help either. Overall great service and staff but very lacking in key facilities like wifi.

Location near the square British Avenue Super convenient There are many restaurants near the hotel The hotel is hygienic and clean with a triple room but the room does not have a water heater can not boil water to drink but overall is good!

The attitude of one female staff member was terrible. She said she couldn't store my luggage because of personal feelings. Other than that, I think it's a great hotel with a good location.

This hotel absolutely does not deserve its 4 stars. No coffee or kettle in the rooms. A coffee machine downstairs serves coffee. But you have to exchange your euros for a token to put in the machine. No water available either. The bathroom door doesn't open fully and bumps into the sink. The lobby is absolutely dated. One of the walls in the "lounge," if you can call it that, is badly damaged by the armchairs. Check-in is via a binder with plastic sleeves. There is a mini ironing board, but oddly enough, there is no iron. You have to pick it up at reception. It's so sad... avoid it.

If you come alone, you can reach everywhere without getting bored. In this sense, I recommend it.
