In terms of the location of the hotel, it is excellent. From the point of view of the hotel staff, they were very friendly, especially in the reception area, Ms. Audrey with a very good attitude and Mr. Matteo, who was also very respectful and helpful. The hotel facilities were normal and satisfactory. I recommend you to stay in this hotel.

Accessible by tram 2 minutes away connecting directly the Nice Ville Train Station. Very clean, with bath tub and hair dryer. Reception and staff are accommodating. We had a good lay over much better than IBIS Budget hotel

Good location, 15 minutes walk to old city and around 20 minutes walk to the beach. Very nice staff, ok breakfast.
As for the room itself: very small, not very clean.
With the prices in Nice, I think not a bad choice in general.

I only stayed for one night on the first day of my first trip to Nice. It was a compact and casual hotel. I had a hard time carrying my suitcase because the elevator was between the even-numbered floors. Unfortunately, the bathroom with a bathtub didn't have a stopper to stop the water, so I could only use the shower, not soak. It was close to the tram, the staff were nice, and the breakfast was delicious although there wasn't much variety.

 Door that closes very difficult generating. A deafening noise.
Waking up at night several times, given the almost non-existent soundproofing.
Guests in the next room were walking, which made my bed shake!
I do not understand that a hotel like this is classified as three-star.
