The hotel is conveniently located between the Old Town and the train station, both within a 10-15 minute walk. The train stop from the airport is right on the main road in front of the hotel, about a block away, which is very handy. We booked for three people, and there was enough space for three suitcases.

The hotel doesn't live up to the rating it received. The maximum rating is 6. They gave me a disabled room, but it stank. It was dirty everywhere! I refused to check into the disabled room and asked for a refund. I didn't get it. If you want to ruin your experience in Nice, choose this hotel. The hotel is complete crap and uses fraudulent schemes so that you cannot cancel your reservation even if you don’t like the service provided.

The room was great, good location, and excellent value for money. Parking was convenient, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the beach. The service was also very good. Highly recommend!
