Ibis Nice Centre Gare Reviews

Location was good. Next to railway station, opposite has bus stops. Breakfast was good. Free WiFi was high speed. Had microwave for guests to use.

The hotel is right next to Nice train station. It is very convenient to catch a train to Cannes and Monte Carlos. The bathroom is quite small.

I love this place, very close to the train station. Not so far away from the city center, around 30 mins walk to the beach section. We stayed here for the carnival and it is very convenient for us to catch the train the next day.

Just next to the train station with 1 min walk, we drove to nice from Marseille, there is parking car provided with the reasonable parking fee. Hotel also provide a discounted parking fee if you stay there. Short walking distance to city centre and surrounding with pharmacy, cafe and supermarket. Friendly staff and helpful with English speaking.

Nice location being close to main station and transport servi es. About a 15 minute walk from the beach. Slightly small pool that can get crowded and a handful of beds

The room were small but the hotel is at very central location. There are two parking garages next to the hotel. Interpaeking has a discount if you stay at the hotel but the other one doesn't. The other one was more than 60 euros for two nights.

Good service by friendly and helpful staff. However, the room was very small, even by ibis standard.

Rooms are VERY tiny but were modern and clean. Location is perfect for active travelers as it is literally 40 meters from the central train station, you can basically get to your platform in 5 minutes from your room. (Can get a bit loud outside occasionally, it's in the middle of the city after all.) Breakfast is GREAT, wide range of options, with all excellent quality products for the price. Can also store your suitcase (locked up) after checking out which can be useful. Definitely would stay here again anytime! Very satisfied.

The security alarm kept going off for no reason very late at night from 0:30 to 2:00, no one bothered to help or pick up calls, we had an early morning flight the next day, so we stayed put in our room. I complained about compensation after the stay, for constant disturbance and sleep deprivation and stress as the result. The request got denied. The worst stay ever in my experience, I have stayed at Ibis Hotels in Marseille, Lyon, Frankfurt, Delhi, Lisbon, and Paris in past.

The great thing is the location near the train station. Otherwise the room is dated, the toilet is v small and the escalator up to the hotel has a bad smell.
