I stayed at Residhome Nice Aéroport for one night during my trip to the French Riviera, and overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is super convenient — just a few minutes from Nice Airport and close to the tram stop, which makes getting to the city center or Promenade des Anglais very easy. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with a small kitchen area, which is great for short stays. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. It’s also surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the airport. The only minor thing is that the surrounding area doesn’t have many restaurants open late at night, so it’s better to grab dinner before heading back. Overall, it’s a good value for money — perfect for a short stay, especially if you have an early or late flight.

This was the most spacious hotel room we stayed in during our European trip. Its close proximity to the airport was incredibly convenient for catching our flight. The room also came with a balcony, a microwave, and kitchenware, making it perfect for self-catering. Nice truly boasts stunning scenery!

Optional room cleaning services are available for an extra fee, starting from 11 Euros. Should you need more toiletries or trash bags, they can be collected from the front desk. The location is extremely convenient for exploring; you can reach destinations like Cannes and Monaco by train after a mere 10-minute walk to the station. Access to the Old Town is also straightforward via train or tram. The balcony features excellent soundproofed windows, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. I personally found this location more convenient than staying directly in the Old Town!

The hotel is very good, the price is right, it is close to the airport and the transportation is convenient.

The hotel itself is good. It's conveniently located, making it very easy to get anywhere. The room was well-equipped, and everything else was satisfactory. The only downside was an unidentifiable noise that went off every few minutes.

Very good location. Near airport and train station. Apartment have every thing you needed.

Clean and well equipped, has a large bathroom, we enjoyed our stay here. The only downside is the distance from the city centre and lack of stores nearby

The hotel had absolutely no signage. We arrived in its vicinity at 9:30 PM and spent an hour and a half driving around, unable to find it. Even the GPS led us to the wrong address. This was a truly terrible experience. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

Enjoyed staying in Residhome. It was in good location, safe neighborhood. The room was spacious, bed and pillows, duvet comfortable. Kitchen has all needed utensils, pots and pans. Had microwave, not other ovens. No cleaning devices, except dishwasher. No salt and spices for food making. AC made occasionally strange loud sound and we turn it off for the night. Recommending studio with balcony.

We arrived very late at night, around 2:30am, and found the receptionist to be quite rude and unwelcoming; almost as if we had disturbed him from watching a film on his phone! Room was nice, but curtains let in a lot of light around the edges. 10 minute walk to the airport.

The location is pretty good, and it's nice and quiet. It's convenient for visiting the old town, as the train station is close by. A taxi ride costs about 20 euros.

Free luggage storage is available, and the location is excellent, being very close to Sant Augustin station. This makes it incredibly convenient for day trips to Nice, Cannes, Menton, or Monaco. The only downside is that dining options in the immediate vicinity are a bit limited. Also, daily room cleaning is not included and comes at an additional charge if requested.

The hotel is within walking distance of the airport. However, it's tucked away among a cluster of buildings, which makes it incredibly difficult to find if you're driving. We drove around the area trying to locate it multiple times. In the end, we had no option but to park the car and search for it on foot.

The location on Google map was not correct. The reception staff don’t know English, a little bit not convenient.
