The lady working down at the front desk was super professional, she was extremely nice, and really helpful when I had a lot of questions. I would come back for a stay just because of how the customer service was.

The room was clean, staff was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was good. just that the room had a little smell, nothing too bad, just that my scents are very particular. But over all it was very good.

Angel was wonderful. She lined up a ride for us since we couldn't get an Uber from the Hotel to the Airport.

Very clean. No.problrm with our late arrival. Would definitely stay here again - like new.

This location is convenient to the airport and very wee maintained. We got in pretty late, so we missed out on breakfast in favor of sleep.

Angel at the front desk was amazingly friendly and helpful. A client knew I was staying there and engaged the property in making a welcome gift for me in my room and she handled the whole thing with some assistance from other hotel staff. It made my stay. As always with HIE, the bedding is so comfortable. I really like the Dove soap amenities (new since last time I stayed).
