The child's wallet was left in the room and we didn't find it. The hotel notified Ctrip. The housekeeper called me and I thought it was a scam call saying that we didn't lose the money. It was not until three or four days later that we found it. The hotel manager also helped to keep the wallet and mailed it to us. It was a very comfortable experience. I would stay there again if I had the chance. The hotel also has Chinese services and several Chinese employees. People are very nice.

The hotel room was large and clean. The Chinese staff at the front desk were very friendly and gave us Sanhe City travel advice the next day👍The price/performance ratio is really high
