Ho recentemente soggiornato a Nicolosi e, nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata piacevole. Un grande punto a favore è stato il parcheggio privato, davvero comodo. I proprietari Donata e Salvatore sono persone molto gentili e accoglienti, e la colazione è stata buona. Inoltre, la biancheria era perfetta: pulita e ben curata.
Un dettaglio che ho apprezzato molto è la presenza dei loro adorabili cani, Cici e Mag, che rendono l’ambiente ancora più accogliente.
Detto questo, l'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di qualche lavoro di ristrutturazione, in particolare il bagno, che risulta un po’ datato.
Con un po’ di manutenzione e più attenzione alla pulizia, questo posto ha un buon potenziale grazie alla posizione, alla cordialità dei padroni di casa e al calore dell’ambiente.

Proprietario disponibile e ben capace .da rivedere un po le camere scaldabagno piccolo per la capienza della camera infatti la mia compagnia a trovata l'acqua fredda,mancaza delle tovaglie di bidè, le alette dell'infisso rotte non si aprono ,manca un svuatatasche che se la tv fosse appesa si potrebbe poggiare qualcosa sul frigo ,ottima la pulizia delle camere e buona la colazione

Pagati profumatamente..ospitati in una specie di tana con muffa e mura cadenti, climatizzatore che andava in tilt, in pieno inverno con coperte con odore di sigarette comprese asciugamani ecc...colazione?🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣bussava proprietario per avvertirci che la colazione era pronta.... e la portava dentro la stanza cosa che a me dava fastidio.... un fine anno con fiocchi...la cosa positiva a due passi dall etna senza neve....30/ 12 /2021....nota positiva lui gentile per sopperire al b&b mortificante.
