Grand Pasha Lefkosa Hotel & Casino & Spa

The hotel is located on a street about 15-20 minutes from Büyük Han, in a fairly lively area. The hotel itself looks elegant and quite modern. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom was very clean. There's an outdoor pool with a cover for bad weather, and a spa with a sauna, hammam, and hot/cold showers. The casino was a letdown; the prices to play were extremely high, and the atmosphere felt oppressive. The staff was courteous 90% of the time, but in a couple of instances at the reception, they weren't the most helpful.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms could use a renovation, but the cleanliness and amenities more than made up for it. The Wi-Fi was large enough, and the service was good. The food selection could be expanded. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, it's rare to find such quality in a buffet. The pool, sauna, massage, and Turkish bath services were also high quality.

Better than Merit Lefkoşa. Clean, decent, reliable..

The breakfast was good, the rooms were adequate, but we wanted to use the pool, but it was closed almost every day due to events, so we couldn't use it. Overall, we were satisfied.

The staff were very friendly, the spa and massage experience was amazing, the price was okay, but a little expensive
