This is my second time staying at Alya Rooms and I really like it here. The location is great, the price is reasonable, and everything is very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are also very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Although it locates in north cyprus, it is so easy to get there from south cyprus! Nice place to stay and you can even explore the north side a bit!

This hotel is not in Chypre Nicosia is two part : Turkey area and Cyprus area This hotel is not in Cyprus zone !!!!! They write in their description that they are in Cyprus !!! FALSE ! So When I come in Nicosia, taxi said that he can not go in turkey area so I was booked another hotel to sleep !! I lost taxi money , I lost time I lost hostel money !! Bad hotel Not recommand

A bit away from the old town (and crouds though). Lots of shops and restaurants around. Excellent personnel, room, amenities, service. Interesting view from the last floor.

The room was dated but adequate for the price. I wouldn't stay here again. The air conditioning was very noisy and the hot water was inconsistent.
