Advertised as a Boutique Hotel, definitely not. It is an Air b&b of average rating if anything. We were not greeted by anyone and were let in remotely. The location is great and close to many points of interest. The problems mainly concern the quality of the rooms. The double bed was actually two single beds that were stuck together and covered with a bed sheet. The mattresses didn’t fit properly side by side which left a gap that you would fall in every time you move to the centre of the bed. The balcony is very cute but the floor is covered with cheap plastic artificial grass that blocks the door from opening easily (not a major issue). The bathrooms were very basic in decoration and had cheap shampoo and gel refilled bottles. The main problem apart from the bed comfort which came only with a thin sheet and no blanket was the AC which would make strange noises in the middle of the night and it blows in your face no matter how you would adjust the direction (I did know how to use the controls). If advertised as an Air b&b and the price was €50 as maximum I would’ve given it 4 stars.
