The room was large, new, and fully equipped. Our family of three had a very comfortable stay; I even think it could comfortably accommodate five people. The service was very attentive, and they even helped arrange parking after checkout. Although the city view wasn't particularly impressive, the balcony offered a very expansive vista. The location was also excellent, about a 15-minute walk to North Seine.

You can cook your own meals. Located in downtown Nicosia, it's convenient for commuting and not far from the pedestrian street. The large terrace offers a panoramic view of the city. Amenities: The door handle fell off during the night, and we arranged for it to be repaired the next morning. Overall, the experience was quite good.

Each room has an independent bathroom, which is practical and comfortable. The large living room is suitable for playing cards and drinking tea. convenient. A great option for a group of three (three pairs).

Very friendly and helpful staff who were keen to try and address our issues with hot water. We moved apartment for nights 2 & 3 as the hot water ran out during a quick shower and the second person had tepid water. Same problem with the second apartment. Presumably a building issue which staff must know? Really spacious and clean apartment. Comfy bed. Kitchen area. Nice balcony. Would have been great if there had been reliable hot water. Good location

Awesome apartment with a majestic view of Nicosia and the surrounding mountains. The apartment was perfect for us an our 2 teenage boys. Every room was ensuited. The whole place was well appointed, clean, spacious and the location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. The interior was great — modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. It was clear that care had been taken to make the space welcoming and well-equipped. What really stood out was the night guard, who was incredibly helpful and kind. Parking a larger car was quite tricky in the available space, and without his patience and guidance, I honestly don't think I would have managed. His support made a huge difference and added a real personal touch to our stay. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would happily come back.
