Too hot at the pool...not enough deckchairs and too bad it only opens at 10 a.m....
Breakfast ok but too bad there was only white bread....

The perfect place to stay for a day trip to Strasbourg. Located in a charming little village. The hotel itself had decent spa facilities with a little sauna, heated pool etc.
The room and bathroom were not exactly the cleanest, and the whole establishment looks like it could use an update, especially given the price range.

The restaurant is nice. That’s where it ends. Please do not stay in room 602 if you value your back. I believe the mattress dates back to the French revolution. It was one of those soft mattresses or neither person can get a good nights sleep because they keep rolling into each other. As for the sauna and steam room, well they were barely warm when I went down there and I didn’t have the energy to go complain. They were a bunch of people sitting in the sauna which was warm, not hot. The steam room was downright cold. It is a cute hotel but they could turn up the customer service quite a bit

Beautiful establishment, the staff is very pleasant and attentive, what more could you ask for, good value for money. the rooms are clean and functional. The meals are plentiful and very good. I will return without any worries in March for another stay.

perfect welcome, breakfast at Crémant.........extraordinary but a kettle with tea infusion instant coffee etc in the room would have been nice and at least a bottle of mineral water there are cheaper hotels which put this is available, turn on the hammam in the morning as well as the sauna

great spa... food at the top... very nice staff... but on the other hand, table service is not at all up to standard and the worst... dogs in number... nothing indicated on their site as if they are accepted, despite what we are told...but are constantly disturbed by barking at the end of the day and at 7am in the morning...NO...problem reported...but remains unresponsive. ..not even a message at the entrance of the hotel for the owners to do what is necessary... really a shame

3 nights. We were accommodated in the old part on the 3rd floor, large, very clean room, Alsatian style, comfortable bathroom with bathtub, comfortable bedding. No possibility of massages (no staff), mediocre breakfast, superb restaurant but not great dinner meal.

Apparently rubbish. 3 knives, a mini saucepan, not even a strainer or something to make pasta. My children, aged 7 and 4, were not able to use the swimming pool because it was only open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for them. Things that are clarified on *********** but by digging really well. For a hotel that claims to be family-friendly. I find this discriminatory. And for the price paid for this 3 star from the 80s I might as well tell you that it's in my throat. We ended up at the municipal swimming pool at the top, because my children were super disappointed. The bedding needs to be soft and the mattress dirty. Not a pack of tissues or hairdryer in the bathroom. And yet I'm used to apartment hotels. The laundry smells musty. The apartment is 3 buildings from the main hotel, great for going to breakfast (which we preferred not to have on site in view of the disastrous ratings on TripAdvisor) Address to avoid Hotel for old people or couples without kids, or if you have 200 euros to waste on a shabby night. In any case, you won't see us again.
