The location of the hotel was great and the staff were very welcoming, but for some reason I had very little water pressure in the shower that night and the hotel forgot to provide me with shower gel.The toilet was flushing all night and I don't know why, but the hotel compensated me for breakfast the next day.Hopefully they will improve on these issues next time.

The hotel is on the roadside about an 8-minute walk from Spiez Train Station. It is downhill from the train station and is easy to find. The hotel is upstairs from the cafe. Please note that the staff get off work at 6pm every night. If it is later than 6pm, there is no way to check in or pick up your luggage. The hotel staff mentioned that they had tried to contact me, but due to platform reasons, there was no way to directly contact my email.
