I stayed at the hotel for four nights during the Eid holiday. Unfortunately, several basic issues negatively impacted the overall quality of my stay, and they were not addressed properly. From the first day, there was a very unpleasant sewage odor coming from the bathroom. In addition, the electronic bidet was completely non-functional. I reported both issues to the front desk, and after a second follow-up, a staff member was sent to check. However, he claimed to have fixed the problems, when in fact, nothing was resolved and the issues persisted throughout my stay. There was also consistent nighttime noise from the upper floor, mainly due to chairs being dragged frequently and loudly. Moreover, housekeeping entered the room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being placed on the door, which is a clear breach of privacy. The response from the front desk staff, especially one female employee, was unhelpful and showed little interest in actually resolving the problems. There was no apology or compensation offered, nor any sign of proper follow-up. While the location of the hotel may be convenient, the quality of service does not match its rating, and I would hesitate to recommend it based on this experience. .
