Location was good, but room was not so clean

Good service

The price is not cheap. From the perspective of the hotel's internal infrastructure, room cleaning and hygiene, the cost performance is average. I slept by the window and could even feel the draft from the window. The horns of vehicles sounded like they were right next to my ears.

The location is convenient, close to the station, within a 5-6 minute walk. The facilities are not new, but they are clean and I didn't mind the oldness. Amenities were generously provided, so there was no inconvenience. Breakfast is charged, but it was good value for money and more than enough. Although it's not something I would give a negative rating for, the alarm clock in the room was not working.

It's a short walk from the south exit of the station. There is a convenience store very close by. There wasn't much to choose from for breakfast.

The large public bath and sauna were great. The massage machine was excellent and free to use. Unfortunately the bathroom drainage was poor and the water flowed back onto the toilet floor.

Let's not talk about anything else, just the 900JPY/meal breakfast buffet must be praised, and there is also a free book bar, massage and tea break, as well as blood pressure measurement, and a large bathroom for alternating use. The price is basically around 300CNY/in the off-season. It is also close to drug stores and Niigata Station. Where can you find such a cost-effective hotel~ It's only 2km to walk to Niigata Port. Take the earliest speedboat to Sado Island, transfer to the bus to arrive at the Jinshan scenic spot just opened, it's perfect

It was an 8 minute walk from the station. I was a little surprised that the building itself was older than I expected and the room was small, but it was not a problem as I was only there to sleep on a live tour. I thought it was good for the environment because it was a style that you bring your own amenities, including gowns, from the front desk.

I was very satisfied.

新潟駅南口から徒歩7，8分の場所になります。見た目はちょっと年季はいってますが 設備自体は清潔です。部屋の清掃も行き届いてます。1点気になるのが、 自分が宿泊した部屋のトイレは流したあと、ごくたまに水洗タンクが引っかかるような音がします。 少ししたら収まりますが。大浴場は男女入れ替え制ですので、ご注意ください。 洗い場は10人ぐらいです。浴槽はまあまあ広いです。 朝食バイキングはいたって普通の品数ですが、料金を考えたら十分です。 無料のドリンクバーがあり、チューハイも無料で飲めます。 新潟旅行の際はまた利用したいホテルですね。

朝ごはんの会場が、激混みでした。早めに行くことをおすすめします！

ウェルカムドリンクは1人1杯のみ コーヒーは夜の12時までは有りました。ジュースの自動販売機が有るのは良かったです。 　大浴場は有るが時間制の交代。夜中は入れません。朝の時間は女性のみ。 傘の貸出が有るのがたすかりました。フロントに聞いたら貸して貰えました。 朝食のバイキングはビジネスホテルに良くある感じでした。

手ごろな価格でよい立地だと思います。無料の漫画コーナーやシャンプーを選べるサービスなど面白いと思いました。
