This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating stay. We planned this trip to celebrate our child’s birthday, but the experience at check-in significantly affected our mood and disrupted our plans. First of all, the attitude of the front desk staff member, ******, was extremely poor. During check-in, she repeatedly escalated unnecessary conflicts with guests and demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and basic service awareness. What should have been a simple check-in process took over 30 minutes. At one point, she insisted that all guests—including preschool children—provide identification, despite there being no clear policy requiring this. Even after we pointed this out, her attitude did not improve, and she continued to make things unnecessarily difficult. Additionally, she suddenly demanded extra charges. We were traveling with two elementary school children, and she required immediate payment for their breakfast. After we clarified that breakfast for one child had already been included, he reluctantly adjusted the request, but still insisted on immediate payment for the other child’s breakfast and parking fee. During this process, she even entered the wrong amount, forcing us to go through a “pay–cancel–pay again” sequence. Despite this clear mistake, she offered no apology or explanation and remained indifferent throughout. More concerning, when we requested a receipt, she refused to provide one and instead told us to request it at check-out the next day—despite us clearly informing her that we needed to catch a ferry early the following morning. Finally, during room assignment, she continued to be uncooperative, placing members of our group on different floors and justifying it as being “based on the reservation information,” without showing any flexibility or consideration. In summary, our group of six was forced to spend approximately 30 minutes just to complete check-in. This not only ruined our mood but also disrupted our evening plans. Based on this experience, I am compelled to give this hotel a very low rating. 今回の宿泊体験は非常に残念であり、正直に言って大変不快なものでした。本来は子どもの誕生日を祝うための旅行でしたが、チェックイン時の対応によって気分が大きく損なわれ、予定にも影響が出ました。 まず、フロントスタッフの**氏の対応は極めて不適切でした。チェックインの過程で、不要なトラブルを何度も引き起こし、基本的な接客姿勢や問題対応能力に欠けていると感じました。 本来であれば簡単に済むはずのチェックインに、30分以上もかかりました。その間、未就学児を含む全員分の身分証明の提示を求められましたが、そのような明確な規定はなく、こちらが指摘しても態度は改善されず、むしろ対応がさらに厳しくなりました。 さらに、追加料金の請求も突然行われました。同行していた小学生2名について、その場で朝食代の支払いを求められましたが、そのうち1名はすでに朝食込みで予約していることを説明した後、ようやく一部修正されました。それでもなお、もう1名分の朝食代および駐車料金の即時支払いを求められました。また、その際に支払金額を誤って入力され、「支払い→取消→再支払い」という手続きを強いられましたが、この明らかなミスに対して謝罪や説明は一切なく、終始冷淡な態度でした。また、領収書の発行を依頼したところ、その場では対応を拒否され、「翌日のチェックアウト時に対応する」と言われました。しかし、私たちは翌朝フェリーに乗る予定があることを事前に説明しており、この対応は非常に不親切でした。 最後に、部屋の割り当てにおいても柔軟性がなく、同行者が別々の階に分けられました。「予約情報に基づく」との説明でしたが、配慮に欠ける対応だと感じました。 総じて、チェックインの段階だけで約30分も無駄に時間を費やすことになり、気分を害しただけでなく、その後の予定にも支障が出ました。このような経験は初めてであり、大変残念ながら低い評価を付けざるを得ません。 本次入住体验令人非常失望，甚至可以说是令人气愤。我们此次旅行原本是为了给孩子庆祝生日，但酒店的接待过程却严重影响了整体心情与行程安排。 首先，前台工作人员**的服务态度极其恶劣。在办理入住过程中，多次与顾客发生不必要的争执，不仅缺乏基本的服务意识，其问题处理方式也极不专业。 一个原本简单的入住流程，竟被拖延长达30分钟之久。期间，工作人员一度要求所有入住人员（包括尚未上小学的幼儿）提供身份信息，但该要求并无明确规定依据。在被指出这一点后，其态度并未改善，反而继续以各种方式刁难顾客。 此外，工作人员还临时提出收取额外费用。我们一行中有两名小学生，对方要求立即支付其早餐费用。在我们指出其中一人已包含早餐费用后，对方才勉强调整，但仍坚持当场收取另一名小学生的早餐费及停车费。在收费过程中，工作人员甚至还输错了应支付金额，导致我们经历了“支付—取消—再次支付”的反复操作。然而，对于这一明显的失误，对方既没有任何道歉，也未作出合理解释，态度始终十分冷淡。更令人难以接受的是，在我们要求开具收据（领收书）时，工作人员以各种理由拒绝提供，并要求我们在第二天退房时再行索取，完全无视我们已提前说明次日需赶乘轮渡的实际情况。 最后，在安排房间时，工作人员依然态度消极，将同行人员分配至不同楼层，并声称是“根据预订信息安排”，缺乏基本的灵活性与服务意识。 总而言之，仅在入住这一环节，我们一行六人就被无故耗费了约30分钟时间，不仅严重影响了心情，也打乱了原本的行程安排。基于此次极其不愉快的经历，我不得不给出一次非常低的评价。
