Good location. One minute walk to the train station and Toyota rental. Front desk staff is a girl who is a new staff. She is very friendly and helpful. She offers great assistance to solve my car rental problem.

The foreign language level of the front desk is average, and they can't communicate well in foreign languages. When checking in, I had to wait for a long time because other guests were invoicing. There was a smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking room. I had to open the window for ventilation by myself, and it was still very cold. The lid of the kettle was broken, but it could still be used normally. The front desk bowed and apologized many times, but that was all they could do. Nagaoka, where I went to see the three major fireworks.
