Was a really nice spacious room with everything you needed and a great bath. Only annoying part, checking in was remote on a tablet and typing in the information was a long process. But definitely worth the stay

It's a beautiful apartment. There's a nice hot bath outside. Good kitchen. Nice beds. A lot of room. Washing machine. There's a nice pasta pizza restaurant nearby. There's a smell though that's unidentifiable. Maybe it will be gone by the time you read this.

The hotel is equipped with an open air parking block of around 15 spaces, which I assume it's first come first serve basis. When we arrived on a monday night (Mid august) around 9pm to check in there was only one parking space left. Check in -and out are done in a compartment next to the parking spaces, self serviced on a tablet with quite a few language options (english, chinese....). Our room was spacious and even came equipped with a projector (poppin Alladin) which the kids enjoyed for watching movies. There was a laundry machine inside the room, with laundry detergent provided, and drying rack. Enough clean towels were provided for our family during the stay so we did not need to wash the towels. However as there was no in room housekeeping service, the litter processing was done by ourselves (perhaps the only inconvenience we found in living in this motel).

Many insects in the private hotspting, can't use at all. But the room is large and reasonable price.

Brilliant place. Kinugawaonsen is a bit quite, which we loved. The motel had all facilities we needed apart from a toaster and the balcony bath perfect and definitely made the stay. Easy check in process.

It was clean and spacious for a family with pet. The blankets were warm and there was no lighter blankets for summer also no bed for pet but overall we all had a great time. The Beppu onsen was good.

The motel was cleaned and had a free parking lot in front of it. So it is very convenient if you are driving. No staff at the reception, check-in, and check out were done with a notepad.

1. The kitchen is good, but the quality of kitchenware is subpar. The non-stick coating of frying pan and stockpot are worn-out and damaged. Toxins will be released during use. The bottom of frying pan is no longer flat, and it is difficult to use on the electric stove. The hotel should replace these. 2. The bowl and plat are plastic. Lack of soup or don bowl for ramen and don-rice. Paring knive is disgusting and coating with black stuffs. 3. There is no tooth brushing cup at the sink. 4. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the room space is cosy.

It's very spacious and great value for money. There's cutlery, a BBQ grill, and a kitchen, so it's perfect for large groups. You can also enjoy movies and other content on the projector, and although the semi-open-air bath is artificial, you can still soak in the hot spring water. This is a versatile hotel that is recommended for both long stays and stay-at-home dates.

We stayed with four university students. The facilities were well-maintained, and we had a very fulfilling trip. We were able to use the projector properly and enjoyed it. There was also a washing machine. Convenience stores and supermarkets were conveniently located within a 3-15 minute drive. Notes - Because there is no concierge, when checking in, you must first enter the personal information of each guest on your smartphone or other device, then check in on the hotel's tablet. (You can also enter your personal information on the hotel's tablet, but there are only two tablets, so check-in takes time and is not smooth.) - ​​The entire BBQ set is on the balcony, but since it is electronic, charcoal and a lighter are not necessary. - At night, the light from the room attracts insects, so it's a good idea to spray the insect repellent provided in the room all over the balcony and near the door. (If you do this, you will hardly see any insects. If you don't, be prepared for a lot of small insects.) - The dishes were clean, but they were sticky with grease from previous guests, so if you are concerned about this, it's best to wash them thoroughly before using. Some rooms may not have bathrobes. (In our case, there was no standing room, so we brought our own.) There is a refrigerator, but it felt a little small, so it's important to store it wisely.

There is a garage where you can park your car. There are three beds in the basement, and there is a bedroom on the second floor with two double beds. There is also a kitchen, bathroom, and a wooden bathtub with hot spring water.

Quite spacious room with balcony and outdoor onsen overlooking the balcony, you will even have a kitchen, a fridge and a freezer. 2 single beds and 3 futons (obviously not the most comfortable for foreigners). For this price it is very good.

There were frogs and cockroaches in the outdoor bathtub, so I couldn't get out. Footsteps and other noises were also quite noticeable. The room itself was clean.
