Red Roof Inn Morton Grove

This establishment doesn’t change their sheets. I had a ball of hair in the bed that was not mine. It was hair in the tub and the sink. The remote did not work for the television, and the heater sounded like it needed a new motor. It was a terrible stay and I would not stay here again.

Not clean at all. Dirty sheets and used comb in the shower. Loud fire alarm went off in the middle of the night with no fire for 20 minutes.

The first room that was assigned to us, the door was ajar, the light in the bathroom was on and the bed was messed up. The 2nd room that was assigned to us it reeked of ****!! We decided to keep the 2nd room due to us being exhausted from a very long work day! Also, when we left the room in the morning, it was pitch black outside. The hotel lights weren't on!! And I almost fell down the stairs!!

At night, there will be loud noises coming from the hallway and other rooms until 2am. It's also very noisy in the morning, and there are people knocking on the door from time to time. We hardly have any quiet rest time, and this is one of the worst hotels I've ever experienced.

For the price, it was clean enough and the room was presentable. The outside was a little rundown. Breakfast service was very basic.

You get what you pay for at this motel. Room was missing a tv remote and when I opened a drawer looking for it the front of the drawer fell off. Walls are thin so I could easily hear noisy family in next room. Also curtains didn’t quite close all the way, which felt awkward with parking immediately outside the rooms. At least the desk clerk was polite at check-in, room didn’t smell like smoke and neighborhood felt safe.

Everything in the room looked old and got bitten by what look like bed bugs, such a bad experience. At least the receptionist was a nice…

I was allocated a room with a well made bed but the sheets and comforter had a few stains but smelled ok. The room floor wasn't cleaned, had remains of human hair especially in the jacuzzi with suspected human urine on the toilet floor. So, i reported the matter to the frontdesk and a guy about 5 feet tall told me cleanincan only be done the following day. Anyways, i went to Warmat got disinfectants and my partner and cleaned the floor, toilet, jacuzzi and surfaces. The following day i went to the frontdesk and expressed my displeasure again and a tall slim guy about 6 feet made our stay comfortable. Thank you

Tried to cancel my booking due to multiple horrible reviews popping up within the week timeframe leading up to my reservation.. I felt scared for my safety. Multiple reviews about blood found in rooms and unclean conditions, in todays world I couldn’t take my family there and take such a health risk. They charged me the full amount and wouldn’t refund me. Do NOT stay here.
