The value for money for this stay was pretty good. I booked a triple room for my parents, which came with an extra sofa bed. Upon check-in, we noticed the sofa bed wasn't ready, so I went to the front desk to resolve it. Manager Han from Housekeeping personally handled it very efficiently and quickly, getting the bed made right away. His attitude and responsiveness were excellent. The only minor issue was a slight oversight with parking registration; we were charged after a single entry/exit during our stay. However, the hotel quickly resolved this small problem upon check-out. Overall, I'm satisfied and would consider staying here again.

JJeremyIt was a great hotel located in the center of town. Was here for business but would come back for the views and hospitality of the staff. They were always cleaning and it was nice to see even outside was looked after well
