經常出差，每次都很久，基本每年入住酒店200多天，對酒店還是有些要求的，梅山這邊酒店裡，總體這家還是很好的，酒店比較新，房間也比較乾淨，周邊餐飲也相對多點，也有購物超市，床品舒適性也很好，酒店前台服務也很不錯。新開的酒店也提個建議：這個價位可以借鑒下華住旗下的全季或者桔子這種舒適性酒店的的管理，房間不小，角落空曠，建議放個簡易沙發和桌子。另外就是早餐，需要豐富下，不能按照民宿整。住酒店生意蒸蒸日上，入住率不斷提高。

因為工作原因，每週都需要住在梅山一晚，這家從入住到離店體驗都非常差
首先隔音差，來梅山看到這新開的，覺得應該不錯，沒想到大失所望，下完訂單和客服説了不要頭尾，房間安排在尾房就算了。
其次客房和前台距離非常近，一大早就聽到服務員大聲交談，一早上被吵醒無數次，打掃衞生吸塵器聲音，最重要的是房間根本沒有電話機！！！房間裏兩瓶水喝完了也沒辦法加，半夜也沒有人員值班，還是通過攜程打電話的。
最後我平台定的是雙人早餐，雖然衹有我一個入住，但是早餐是兩個人吃啊，衹給了一張早餐券，感覺非常不完善
住過很多家酒店，這是體驗最差的，再也不會來！避雷！！！！

第二次入住原以為會賓至如歸，但卻是實實在在踩雷了，半夜上洗手間時踩濕了雙腳卻發現衞生間地面漏水了，也不知是乾淨還是臟水。第二天早上和告知前台，當時是説會來看一下，但直到中午退房，都沒人過來。然後還發現床邊的牀頭櫃是發黴的。以前的好感全沒了。不會再選擇入住了。

房間挺大也比較簡約，不舒服的地方是，關燈後房間到處是亮亮的，對睡眠要求高的人影響比較大，酒店的隔音效果也一般
