Only stayed one night, so not much i cant review. The only thing i have to say is the gym facilities are very poor, the machines are old and really not working properly, specially the multi function machine and the TV in the room isn’t good as well.
Nothing special on food breakfast, is ok

Lobby people can’t professional ! Room very poor , fridge empty and … I booking a one room and this give me a room less class ! Need complain very hard !! Maybe because I am foreigner ! Very very bad !! After complain refund me ! But action very very bad ! Need pay attention when arrive in lobby !

In Ningbo center, walking distance to nice places for shopping, food and other activities. Also 15 min. drive from Ningbo station.
Breakfast was good. Gym and Pool were limited.
Hotel is dated but good.
Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Very good location close to Tiayin Square and the IMaX cinema, the room was big, and clean with everything for a quiet and comfortable night. The hotel is very big with a very busy time at breakfast.

This time when I stayed was a little disappointing. They were refurbishing the breakfast area downstairs so everything was shifted to what looked to be a conference area or something. This resembled one of those super-old hotels (always something not right about eating breakfast in a carpeted room in a hotel - unless it’s in your room) and there seemed to be a lack of organization across the board.
The M Bar is also due a MAJOR overhaul - it really not befitting of a four-star hotel! I went there for a few drinks on my last night, known it would be the last time I saw it like this!
One more thing I really don’t like is the pillows in the room - they are so soft they might as well not even be any!
That said, I have enjoyed my (first) stay here in July more and if I stay again then I hope to see a better breakfast area and bar -even if the pillows are the same 😂

Breakfast is excellent but the hotel is older and needs renovating. Gym was poor and pool is meh. Great location though.
