I checked in on 2/19 and checked out on the morning of 3/3 (I booked a room online for 3 days and paid in cash for the rest. I asked the boss if separate bookings would affect the invoice and he replied, "No, they can be issued together when I check out.") Now it's been 4 days since I checked out and the boss's attitude was extremely rude when I called. Can't I get an invoice?

It's old and shabby. The room price is not worth more than 100. Except for the elevator and the location, everything else is rubbish, at most 80. The room locks are all old keys that can be inserted into the keyhole to open the door. The room is very cold. The air conditioner is useless. There are no curtains. The shampoo and shower gel are all in small bags.
