從來沒有白活這麼大的雷，設施非常老舊，房間會跟着電梯間嗡嗡振動，非常影響睡眠，這是其一。其二，跟前台反饋了這個事情後，就説了句滿房了，沒辦法調房間。再也沒有提供任何其他解決方案，也沒有跟經理反饋，離店後都沒任何人聯繫過我。員工服務培訓不到位，服務意識淡薄，二宗罪。另外，毛巾都已經用到調須了，用來當抹布我都覺得破了。房間裏的床也是太軟，一點支撐感也沒有，睡完腰痠背痛。兩個枕頭嘛，一個太高，一個太矮。淋浴是和馬桶在一起的，洗澡順便可以把馬桶洗一下👍早餐也是寒酸的可憐，還沒外面的早餐檔口豐富。總而言之，除非你自帶消音功能，習慣了不衞生的環境，對服務也沒啥要求，不吃早餐，否則不推薦住這家酒店

不是真的維也納！老酒店加盟的，孩子衝著品牌訂的，被坑了，看看室內圖就知道不是正品維也納。
説是21年的酒店，設施至少是二三十年前的
門鎖壞的，地毯特別臟，裝修很老，床墊是最古老的彈簧床，一翻身吱嘎吱嘎的
床品不乾淨，第二天起床身上癢
空調開到17度最大風還熱
住了一晚，第二天一早趕緊逃離，住過最差勁的酒店

親子房很適合帶孩子,離河瀝溪老街也不遠,附近有家土菜館味道也不錯，總體都很方便，東西忘在酒店服務員也及時和我們聯繫快遞給我們發回去了，十分感謝

住宿體驗真的是差，沒想到這家維也納酒店真是極品了。第一天起來總覺身上有點癢，當時也沒在意，以為是沐浴露用了拔幹，結果第二天晚上到房間，就發現被子上，床靠上，以及牆頂上都是黑色小飛蟲，於是電話給前台告知情況，等待解決問題。過了幾分鐘上來一個大叔抱着一瓶殺蟲劑，我們還在室內用餐，試問可以噴殺蟲劑嗎？？？
這個方案被我們否定以後，接着提出和我們換一間，很明顯那間也是剛打掃，並且還噴了清香劑的，味道非常濃。最致命的一點，我們原先那間有蟲的房間，他們打掃完又繼續給下面的客人入住了‼️另外維也納這樣的酒店，居然房間還有人塞小卡片，似乎管理上有存在漏洞，不能讓客人感覺到安全
