1.我們是晚上11點左右到的酒店，酒店院壩內沒有燈，找了半天才找到前台門口，結果前台沒有人，打電話才出來開門。
2.房間裏衞生很差床上有一根長頭髮。
3.準備洗漱時發現有個洗臉帕有個洞 不知道是幾年前的了。
4.房間門口開絲且有破損的地方，酒店也不維修下
5.整晚入住下來從來還沒有見過如此衹差的的酒店啦～整體的體驗感非常差。

雲南旅遊期間，風景最好的房間，一開門，就是瀘沽湖，妥妥的湖景房。因為沒有開車，搭大巴，老闆娘提供了到站接送。早餐米線很好吃，比麗江大理二三十塊一碗的好吃，想吃第二碗沒好意思要。下次來雲南直奔瀘沽湖，超美！

1.晚上不開門頭燈，看不到酒店名字，開車圍着大路轉了幾圈找不到，打電話才喊人出來。
2.走廊燈沒有開，也沒聲控，完全摸黑，衹能靠手機照明。省電理解，省到這個份上也太不考慮顧客的感受了。
3.屋裡空調是壞的，開了一晚上還是10度，3月份的温度衹有十幾度，還下着小雨，濕冷濕冷的。這個海拔凍感冒了可不是鬧着玩的。
4.房費裏包含早餐，七點半去看餐廳空無一人，啥都沒有。
不是很挑剔和計較的人，一般能湊合就湊合了。但碰到這種做生意懶到這種程度的店家還是忍不住吐槽。

景觀很贊正對瀘沽湖，設施很老舊，衞生很差，到處都能看到頭髮，二樓星空頂玻璃破碎，旁邊都是很臟的窗簾，還有蜘蛛。房間內沒有空調和通風系統，頂樓悶熱極了。可以説沒法住人，最基礎的通風設施都沒辦法配備齊全，房間照片和實際差別很大。

房間挺好的，超預期，一個大床一個上下鋪佈局挺方便，設施也挺好的，沒有評論中説的陳舊的感覺，洗澡水也很沖熱的很快，乾淨衞生，寬敞明亮。離乘船看日出和晨霧的碼頭很近，走出去幾分鐘到湖邊，風景優美，寵物友好很贊。唯二缺點：第一沒電梯，沒服務人員幫提行李，兩個女生行李多有些不便。二是早餐太差了，白花捲白粥配鹹菜，我最討厭的早餐品種佔全了，煮個米線或者餛飩不費多少事吧？一頓好的早餐可以提升幸福感，也花不了幾個錢，但是不好的早餐非常影響心情，尤其周邊又沒什麼其他選擇，建議引起重視

客棧裝修精緻，房間比較大，衞生乾淨整潔，還有一個露台，窗外就是瀘沽湖景，出客棧100米左右就能到瀘沽湖邊，即能觀日出，又能賞日落🌅，早餐可口，停車就在院內方便，服務人員態度熱情，推薦！
