If you’re heading to the lake area, this hotel ticks a lot of boxes. The location is outstanding with a prime lake view.
Staff get kudos for being enthusiastic and going out of their way to help. Good restaurant, good amenities!
Highly recommended for nature-lovers wanting a comfortable base by the lake.

This is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed . The location is outstanding with the prime view of the Lugu Lake. The young enthusiastic staff will go out of their way to take care of your needs and wants . They even provide a sumptuous afternoon tea, mulled wine or hot milk at night with movie screening . The food at the restaurant is pretty good and healthy . They even have complimentary laundry service . It’s also pet friendly and There’s also a resident border collie to play with . We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly there . I totally recommend it for city dwellers who need to get away from it all.

本次國慶出遊，終於住到了心心念唸的千山繼，但是體驗確實非常一般，我訂的應該算酒店比較不錯的房間，房間景觀確實很不錯，這個景就值回百分之六十的房費，接下來説不好的點，酒店員工的服務一般，主動服務的意識不強，員工工作交接有很長的時差，基本等於沒有服務。甚至不如亞朵或者全季，晚上有酒店請的博物館工作人員來講解摩梭族歷史，有一些活動，好評，但是。我在酒店的服務羣裏面詢問，酒店餐廳可否送一杯酒來我的位置，酒店告知，需要我小程序掃碼下單，下單且付款以後就能送到，我小程序下單以後，他給我送來，到這裏都沒有問題，第二天我們退房了以後，酒店工作人員因為自己的工作失誤，導致退款，説我沒買單，讓我補錢，我截圖付款記錄以後，酒店方承認自己的錯誤，並且説這個酒老闆請客了，我再一強調我自己買單，但是酒店拒絕了。就很搞笑，我訂一天的酒店，再加上下午在酒店吃飯，一天花了三千多，你們老闆新開的那家餐廳試營業我也去了，你説我70塊錢的酒沒買單，屬實有點搞笑，明明你們自己説的需要我下單了才能送過來（需要付款才能下單），但是確實他們酒店的餐廳口味不錯，包括他們老闆新來的那家餐廳，味道都不錯，很推薦，新開的那家餐廳，應該是在瀘沽湖吃過最好吃的餐廳了

這家酒店地理位置超好，視野超美，無敵美景，還可以泡着浴缸看風景。工作人員服務都非常周到，還專門為有點不適的我煮了粥，真的很温馨。昨天環湖遊，更加覺得千山繼的景點秒殺其他地點。時間不夠的朋友呆著酒店就已經很美了。

酒店地理位置優越，房間大玻璃窗正對着滬沽湖，躺在床上就能欣賞到瀘沽湖的美景，感覺特別棒！尤其是酒店前的大草坪，拍照非常出彩！所有的工作人員很敬業，給人以温暖的感覺，點贊👍。 酒店很注重細節，如入住的歡迎卡片，是用瀘沽湖草籽製成的，有意義，我開心地帶走這張卡片。酒店還準備了環保袋♻️，護理包等，實用又貼心；衞生用紙也是山姆店的👍。早餐很豐盛，還有下午茶，都很棒！來這裏就是來放鬆的，至少住兩個晚上，不要太趕了。除了打卡的點必去，還要給時間自己慢慢沿着湖邊棧道健行，沿途的風景很美哦！。
