This is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed . The location is outstanding with the prime view of the Lugu Lake. The young enthusiastic staff will go out of their way to take care of your needs and wants . They even provide a sumptuous afternoon tea, mulled wine or hot milk at night with movie screening . The food at the restaurant is pretty good and healthy . They even have complimentary laundry service . It’s also pet friendly and There’s also a resident border collie to play with . We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly there . I totally recommend it for city dwellers who need to get away from it all.

I wanted to find a quiet hotel to rest in during my second visit to Lugu Lake. This place was perfect. All the staff were very warm and friendly. The hygiene was very good. The room facilities were well arranged. What surprised me most was the food at the B&B. The yak hot pot and ham fried rice for afternoon tea, breakfast, and dinner were all so delicious. I must give it a thumbs up! I was reluctant to leave the hotel today. I told my teammates that I would definitely come here again with my family in the future. The design of the hotel room and various supporting facilities are very popular with me. The location is very good, quiet, and you won't be disturbed. You can see the Goddess Gem Mountain across the lake when you open the door. During my stay, I would like to especially thank Yuanyuan and Gasi, the housekeeper, for taking a lot of photos for me, as well as the movies in the evening, cooking mulled wine, and grilled milk fans...all left precious marks on my journey; the restaurant staff were also very attentive. After I asked for a fork for the first time, they prepared forks for me for subsequent meals. They were very attentive and their service attitude was super good. If there is a next time, I will stay at Qianshanji again❤️
