Lugu Lake Lige Spring Hotel

The room is very good, with complete facilities and good service attitude! The balcony has a direct sea view, convenient parking, and the bathtub in the room is very large and the water temperature is very high!

I came to Lijiang to take wedding photos and brought my family to travel. I booked a family room. Let me talk about the overall experience. First of all, the location of the hotel is relatively good. It is at the innermost part of Lige Village. There is a parking lot. Parking is convenient. You can walk to Lige Peninsula. Then the hotel environment. The room is still very spacious. There is a lot of space for 5 of us to stay. The service attitude is also good, but many problems of the room were not explained in advance. The lights in the room could not be turned off, the drainage of the washing machine was not working well, and the clothes were all over the floor after washing. The door lock of one room was not working well. Finally, let me talk about the most serious problem. When I went to bed in the middle of the night, I heard a rustling sound in the room. When I turned on the light, I saw a big rat squatting on the curtain rod, about 12 cm. There were two ladies living in the room. It’s not an exaggeration to say that they were almost scared to death. After shouting, the rat ran away along the curtain rod. There was a hole where the curtain was fixed, and the rat ran out from that hole. The sleep was very comfortable, with floor heating, and no worries about the rain. I would like to especially thank a gentleman who has just started working for a few days. The balcony door of our room was not closed well, and the curtains had some problems. We could hear noises on the first night we checked in. We bothered him twice, and it was almost ten o'clock in the evening. He was patient throughout the whole process and provided solutions to all the problems. The next day, he went downstairs for breakfast and helped us order rice noodles. He also greeted us warmly when we met him in the hotel. We renewed our reservation for one night, and later met him, and confirmed whether the stay was comfortable. I wish him good luck in his work. I left in a hurry today and did not thank him in person. I hope that when the hotel sees the review, it can forward the thanks to him. Because of him, I am willing to recommend friends to stay in Rige Spring when they go to Lugu Lake.
