房間衞生很好，服務員素質高，入住後晚上睡覺時把錢包放枕頭下第二天我結帳走時錢包忘拿了，剛出店門就接到電話告我的錢包遺落在房間裏，我及時往回店裡拿到錢包，裏面的證件、錢分文不少，為蓮花酒店服務員高素質，拾金不昧的精神點贊

兄弟結婚在這裏辦酒席，我自己開房住了兩天，房間還行，就是車停在停車場，第二天我去開的時候車身都是油點點，不知道是樹上的還是廚房油煙，直接前面擋風玻璃都看不太清楚了，去自助洗車的地方洗不掉，去單位自己洗也洗不掉，最後還是等到第二天白天去專門洗車的地方買了兩瓶玻璃油膜清洗劑才洗掉的，給酒店反映他們説是足浴店的廚房，也不知道協商還有沒有後續。

第一次被冤枉，拿了酒店的遙控器，我都退房了，在高速上開車，這個酒店的工作人員一直不停的打電話，讓我給她們找遙控器。
我是被逼的把這個差評送給自己的家鄉，住過這麼多酒店，沒有一個酒店去冤枉客人噠，這都什麼年代了，本來住的整體還行，一個縣裡的酒店，也沒準備覺得要什麼好服務，但是你一個收拾衞生的，就可以隨便拿到客户的電話，打了又打，我已經説了，等我下了高速會幫助找找，但是我拿你遙控器幹什麼？不依不饒，説自己找不到就賴別人。我已經退完房了。沒有責任給你打工，連這個思想都沒有，進步不進步思想是最可怕的。你們退房後大門都是打開的，誰都可以進去，這是你們自己的事。
