We have 3 night in this beautiful hotel , very peaceful and come back in time to old hotel . The lady some take Care is fantastic and helpfull . bicycles can be borrowed for free

This was the most charming accommodation throughout our tour of Vietnam. It was by the road but hidden behind its wall of greenery. Once inside, we were greeted by a spacious courtyard and garden filled with trees, plants, and beautiful rustic furnishings. The privacy it offered was definitely more desirable than other accommodations where their courtyards were open to full public view. In the night, the garden and courtyard were warmly lit and gave a very cozy feel.
Our room was clean and faced the mountains, and it had a balcony with a table and chairs for guests to sip coffee and soak in the view and fresh air.
We reached early and was given an early check-in as the room was available. Mr Xuan (the boss) and Ms Ha spoke very good English so communication was easy.
The location of the villla couldn't be better. To one direction was the nature where we spent the most enjoyable time cycling through, and to the other was a 5-minute walk to town center for numerous shops and restaurants.
The location was convenient, and so were the arrangements that Xuan and Ha made for us. They arranged the day tour to the places of interest that were further away, and also arranged our transport to our next destination. Very much a one-stop shop, very easy and smooth for us. Would definitely recommend friends to stay here

The place looks exactly like its pictures. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic and had a lot of initiative. The host is also easily contactable via Whatsapp. We had forgotten to arrange a transport from our drop off point in Ninh Binh to the accommodations, but the host happily contacted our transport company directly to make the necessary changes.

Lovely accommodation, well designed and close enough & far enough away from the centre of town .
Staff are very accommodating, with free bikes and low cost scooter rental .
Worth booking the Mountain View rooms, as they have a wonderful outlook and are very tranquil

Hotel gave us a tour of the available rooms so that we found the best option for our larger family across 2 rooms. They also extended the breakfast option for one more family member. Nimh Binh was awesome. They also helped to arrange our travel on to Cat Ba island which was great.

A very nice, cozy hotel, decorated in an ethnic style, hidden in the greenery. We stayed there for several nights and got complete relaxation. A wonderful, always smiling hostess and the rest of the few staff were happy to fulfill any request. Every time we asked what to cook for breakfast the next day, which began with a full plate of delicious fruits. Everything was home-made and delicious.
Once we took a motorbike to go to the mountains, we really enjoyed the trip.
Shortly before departure, we were offered a transfer to Hanoi. Everything was strictly on time and from hotel to hotel, without any problems.
It's a pity that there was no refrigerator in the room, but for us it was not critical. We will remember this place and its friendly hosts with gratitude.

Location near Tam Coc pier, Thung Nham, Bich Dong pagoda and coffee shop with river view. Friendly and enthusiastic staff, beautifully designed room, nostalgic feeling but fully equipped. Support early check-in if previous guests check out early. Ncl recommends staying here if you visit Tam Coc in particular and Ninh Binh in general. Near many delicious restaurants
