Really happy with choosing this hotel. We had a nice big room with two giant windows on the third floor, this gave us a wonderful view of the surrounding area. There is also a nice garden and pool to relax at on the roof. The owners also will go out of their way to be helpful. They cooked us a delicious breakfast, helped us figure out how to get around, and even let us keep our bags there after we had checked out until we took a train back to Hanoi. My main regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. Dzung and his family were so kind and generous. They went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. The pictures of the home stay on the internet do not do this place justice. Dzung has made every effort to make his guests feel at home. We each had bicycles that we could use free of charge. The breakfasts that his wife made were delicious, best pancakes! We had our own bathrooms and the rooms and facilities were absolutely pristine. Trip.com indicated that this home stay had shared washrooms but this isn’t always the case, we had our own private bathrooms. We also couldn’t get enough of the rooftop pool! Dzung was so helpful showing us where to go and what to do. The home stay is so conveniently located, away from the hustle and bustle. So tranquil and peaceful. We will mostly definitely be returning. This was truly a special experience that my husband and I will never forget. Thank you Dzung and your family for being the most gracious hosts. We felt as though we were a part of your family. We will see you all soon!

Dzung and his wife Dep have made a lovely homestay. They are super sweet and accommodating. My room was large, comfortable and had an awesome view. They provide bikes to get around and Grabs are super easy to get. Dzung even arranged a private car transfer to and from Hanoi. I would absolutely stay here again!

As someone who normally frequents 5 star hotels, I was concerned about trying a Homestay. My mind was out to ease immediately as the owner and his family are better than most concierges at 5 star hotels. We started with a discussion over beer of options for good and sightseeing. From that point, the owner made all arrangements for us. He acquired a scooter for us to go to paddle boat tours and the pagodas. The next day, he acquired a driver for us to go to hike in the national park. He was always present to greet us on departure and arrival. His wife cooks an excellent breakfast. He put the best restaurants within walking distance into our GPS. The rooms are large with nice bathrooms, big ceiling fan and cold air conditioning. I will not return to northern Vietnam without finding an excuse to stay in this lovely small town.

From the moment you arrive and Dzung welcomes you, you know you have just become part of the family. We loved our stay at Limstone, even though it was not summer, and too cold for the pool. They went out of their way, to provide every possible guest service, right down to his hand-drawn tourist maps. Easy walking to local restaurants, and amazing views in all directions. He organized a motorbike for us, and we explored everywhere. It's hard to imagine a better host couple. Beware his home brew is not for the faint hearted !

Limestone View Homestay is a very comfortable and clean hotel, and the owner, Dzung, and his wife, made our stay even better. Their hospitality and enthusiasm for service was heartwarming and made you feel at home. The room is very spacious, the breakfast is delicious, the location is ideal. You are only a few minutes bicycle ride away from the most scenic attractions, restaurants are a walk away, and the view from the rooms and rooftop are spectacular. You are literally INSIDE the limestone rock karst forest, not observing it from a distance. Highly recommend LVH for anyone looking for accomodations in the Ninh Binh area. Thank you Dzung, to you and your family!

We had a great stay at Limestone View. The hosts Dzung and Dep were very kind and helpful. The room was large and clean, wifi provided and a great fresh cooked breakfast each morning with fresh fruit and juice and Vietnamese coffee. Dzung made sure our family was very well looked after, helping with all aspects of our time in Ninh Binh. We were able to use bikes and rode to all tourist locations with Dzung’s helpful map and guidance. Dzung organised private transfers for us which were very comfortable and reasonably priced. There is a roof top pool which would be good in summer (but the weather was too cold to swim in December). We would recommend staying here!

We spent two night here in a stunning room with spectacular views. Dzung and his wife Dep were so helpful and kind and attentive, included breakfast served on the top floor with 270 degree view of the mountains and village, free use of bikes, dinner no longer provided but the walk into the little village of Trang An in the dark with Dzung’s high powered flashlight for dinner at one of the handful of local restaurants was part of the magic and charm of this sweet little town. (Yes their most famous restaurant serves only goat, with an impressive line of vans and cars arriving on Saturday night, but I met some of these goats on a motorbike ride to the local bird sanctuary and could not bring myself to try it.) Dzung arranged the motorbike rental and offered a late check out as we were catching a late train south. Off the main tourist path with a real feel of country life, close to everything there is to see. The whole family was welcoming and we really felt like we were visiting long lost relatives. Truly unique and unforgettable experience!
