The rooms are super spacious and the bed was really good and huge. The lady who runs the hotel with her family is super helpful and wants to show you the best places in the area. I definitely recommend this hotel. And not to forget the breakfast is good too

Tucked away in a peaceful area, O Zoli Home feels more like a warm homestay than a hotel. The design is super charming with lots of natural wood and local touches. Every corner is Instagrammable! The rooms are clean, stylish, and very comfortable. I loved the outdoor bathtub with a mountain view! You wake up to birds singing and misty mountain air… It’s the perfect way to start your day. But what made the experience truly special was the hospitality. The host and staff were incredibly kind. It honestly felt like staying at a friend’s place. Save this place for your next getaway — it’s worth it!

I had a short but truly memorable stay at O Zoli Home. The place feels just like home — peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The homestay blends natural, rustic charm with modern comfort, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere that perfectly matches the tranquil surroundings of Ninh Binh. What impressed me the most was the kindness and hospitality of the host. They were incredibly friendly, always ready to help with travel tips, local food recommendations, and motorbike rentals at fair prices. The location is also ideal — just a few minutes away from major attractions. Waking up to the view of rice fields and limestone mountains was an unforgettable experience. The hotel was on a quiet back alley in central Ninh Binh. The rooms were spacious, with good air con and WiFi. Breakfast was included, which was a nice start to the day. The location was poor as I can’t ride a motorcycle, so there was only the walking street for entertainment at night. It was a struggle to find restaurants open for lunch. I took taxis down to Tam Coc, which were between 100000 and 130000 vnd one way. The hotel offers motorcycle hire, so if you’re able to ride and want to be in a quieter area away from the touristy Tam Coc, this place would be a good place to stay.

Staff friendly and so accomodating. They organised transfers and tours. They went the extra mile to make our favourite breakfast. Room large and clean.

Really impressed with this small hotel. Took a day off the motorbike to chill out. The room was beautiful and clean, 3 big windows with sunlight, everything well laid out including desk, kettle, fridge (in a cupboard so not noisy), luggage rack and seats. Big shower with plenty of hot water, and heaters which were interesting. The bed was fantastic and the area is quiet at night. I’ve been staying in Guest houses and hotels around Vietnam 150-800vnd and this is one of the best even though mid range price. Linh as the host is very caring & kind, we stayed here and feels like home. Eventho she was busy, she always happy to helped us. Thanks Linh! Looks like she’s detail oriented person, so don’t worry to stay here.
