The staff, service, hotel atmosphere, swimming pool, and facilities are great!

We came here from Ha Long Bay cruise, thinking it will be a let down. Man, was I wrong. It is so true this is Ha Long Bay on land. This hotel really delivered it. It’s a beautiful facility. Extremely zen, quiet, and peaceful. Room were antique but new, clean, and well-decorated. View from my balcony to rice field and mountain were spectacular. Service weee impeccable. They recommend all the great tour. Close to Bird Garden which worth drop by if you have time after visit Trang An and Mung Ha Mountain (must do). Restaurant delivered high end class food that is not pricey. Massage (I got one from every hotel same or higher class in 2 weeks at Vietnam). Price is half ($30 US versus other places $80-100) for 90 min and same or better quality. Hien is an amazing massage therapist, one of best I have had. Receptionist Wjen. Tu, and Dinh were attentive and superb. Would definitely come back again

Everything about this hotel is beautiful!!! Every detail, elegant and tasteful, excuding a sense of luxury and beauty - the rooms, the reception area, the restaurant the lovely garden and the pool, And, it is located in Tam Coc, in the Province of Ninh Binh, which, with all its rice fields, waterways, caves, and limestone hills is a small paradise on earth. We stayed in Sunset Valley Bungalow which has a view of the lovely surrounding countryside. The food was delicious, the restaurant cosy and there was also a spa. The staff was very helpful and , as everywhere in Vietnam, very courteous in every respect. Even though the weather was overcast and wet, we still loved our stay of 2 nights. I'm sure that when the sun is shining and the rice paddies are all yellow, a 4 nights stay would be the minimum recommended. Definitely enters my favourite hotel list

We had an enchanting time with our 3 kids in Tam Coc Garden. Beautiful views on the rice fields that surround the bungalows, lush very well taken care of garden, very nice pool area to relax and refresh with delicious home made mocktails. The rooms are super comfortable and very well decorated. Perfect service at the reception, the restaurant (where the dinner was awesome) and the spa. A little piece of paradise on Earth! Our only regret - we had to leave to the next stop on our itinerary! We will come back.

If I could give 10 stars, I will definitely give it. We were there for our honeymoon and it was absolutely AMAZING I couldn‘t believe my eyes. Everything from staff to location to food to view.. simply perfect. I am so happy that I got to experience this, it‘s unforgettable. Definitely recommend the morning yoga, it‘s so peaceful!! And a big thank to Chi, he took very good care of us. Will come back for sure!! Thank you very much🙏🏽

Unfortunately we couldn’t have stayed in this hotel, but we booked there our last dinner and it was the best thing to do. The dinner was excellent, the set menu was delicious. I can say the best dinner in Ninh Binh. We were kindly received by the staff and it’s manager.

This is a beautiful hotel and would loved to have stayed longer. Rooms are large and comfortable with a sofa and outside sitting area. Medium sized pool with loungers Lovely gardens with views of rice fields Very good friendly staff. Good breakfasts with choice of food. Borrow a bike and cycle round the local area. Have a boat tour along the river, to and through the caves. A hotel to go back to.

This hotel is so gorgeous. From the setting to the decor of the rooms, it’s perfection. It’s located a bit outside of town, but just a short drive away. Service in the restaurant could be a little uneven, but was always friendly. We would love to return and definitely recommend.
