The resort is truely very close to paradise. It is located in a beautiful bay surrounded by jungle. We stayed for 1 week as family with our two kids (2 and 8years old). We enjoyed the hikes, the fishing, the kids crafting workshops, the food… many activities are included in the villa price (like yoga, fishing on the jetty and two smaller hikes). The resort is really made for relaxation and it totally fulfilled our expectations. The sea is not as cristal clear as in other places so for snorkeling you should book the snorkeling trip which we did and enjoyed a lot. Special thanks go to the unique staff who are so kind.But most exceptional was the butler service - we never experienced something like this before. Thank you again, An, for making this such a wonderful week!

We have had a wonderful stay in L'Ayla, Nha Trang. Everything was done to our b est. The service was excellent and we had all such a nice relaxing holiday here. We can recommend this retreat to our best conscience. To go home is in this terms a delikate thing, i.e. means to be Thron back in all-day life.

The beach environment is beautiful, and the butler service is attentive. However, the management and services in many aspects are not in place, and there is still a big gap compared to hotels of the same type.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. While the location and the privacy met our expectations, the hotel is definitely not a 5*. It hasn’t been renovated for a long time, I almost fell off from the treadmill because it hasn’t been oiled for ages. Food is terrible, my husband and I got food sick during our stay. The food is very low quality and super oily with limited healthy options. Furthermore, it’s crazy overpriced for such low quality. Service was initially good, but regular miscommunications due to the level of English resulted in a painful check-out experience. Additionally they didn’t show interest that we were not happy with the check-out process or the feedback on the food as they didn’t even ask any details at check-out. Such a pity, it could be really a beautiful place.

We found paradise here at L'Alya resort, we stayed at the villa#17 with the lagoon view, it was so nice, tranquil and peaceful, the fresh organic food, the friendly pro staff, the clean room were all perfect that made you feel like at home. It touched me the most was when i dropped my LV sunglasses in the water at the fresh catch pontoon, they both Cuong the food mgr and the kayak attendee dove down with their uniform on to find it. Thank you and hope to see you again very soon.

It was my first time vist Vietnam and was a perfect choice to stay in l’alya. I, myself, define a traveler, as I travel twice a year another country and I decided at least once would be staying L’alya for sure. I recomend two days for staying for there is so many activities (tracking, hopping tour, fishing, yoga, spa,etc). And expecially, the people I met there I miss most of all. Thank you for your services.

It’s not every day that you can enjoy a piece of paradise like this for such a great value. Our hill rock villa was super quiet with a private pool and a stunning view. We loved the barefoot luxury and no keys, no door policy. There are a lot of activities and in 5 days might not be enough. We had the private dinner which was excellent and the cruise fishing/snorkeling as well as the sunset cruise, all of which are highly unforgettable. Food was amazing and Vi was specially accomodating during our meals. Notwithstanding, all other staff was absolutely amazing too. A special thanks to our amazing butler Vu who made sure that our stay was flawless. Vu went above and beyond and definitely added an additional 6th star to this review. Best hospitality every. We cannot wait to come back !

It was an unforgettable vacation. It was a pleasant experience for me and my family. The butler and the staff were very friendly and delicate The food at the resort was very delicious and the dinner barbecue was really fresh If you visited with your family, I recommend you take the Sunset Cruise

And if possible, request Ann as your butler for a stay that goes beyond mere accommodation to become a truly memorable experience. We're already dreaming of our next stay in the Hill Rock Villa, and this time, we'll be sure to extend our visit to capture the full essence of this unparalleled retreat.

Room is so private and quiet. And can see the nature all around the room so can feel piecefull.👍 All the staffs were so kind and helpfull!🙂 Especially the butler system was really satisfactory!😄 If i have a chance i really want to stay again!🥰

We spent 4 days on this gorgeous peninsula resort just north of Nha Trang. We had a beach house which which we shared with our son and his girlfriend. The beach house was beautiful, with its own pool. The bedrooms and main en-suite were spectacular with an outside shower (which I love). The outside has sun beds and an outside cabana facing straight into the beach. The rooms were fully serviced every day. The restaurant provided a good selection of Vietnamese and western dishes and the beach bar, a good selection of delicious cocktails, wines and beers. We were taken to the ‘fish farm’ in the bay where we selected fresh oysters, crabs and lobsters. They were delicious but without doubt the oysters were the stars of the show and easily the nicest we have ever eaten. Thanks to the restaurant manager and chef for accompanying us there. But of course we cannot fail to mention the beautiful Vietnamese staff, so caring , polite, humble and friendly. Too many to pick out individually, they were all fantastic. Special thanks of course to Jayce Dat, our butler who just made everything so special for us and attended to our every need. Thank you so much, we will definitely return

The hotel has a good location and unique scenery, but the facilities are old and the decoration materials are cheap. I think it is not worth the price, especially since we are a family of two adults and two children. We originally booked a twin room, but we booked a total in Vietnam. Of the four hotels, only this one does not allow children to share a bed with adults. We arrived at 5 o'clock when it was still bright, and we were not allowed to go to the island until it got dark at nearly 7 o'clock. During this period, we proposed to add an extra bed like other hotels. To the older children, but they still disagreed. They kept negotiating and calling, and the replies were very slow. They had to wait for about twenty minutes for every call they received. The reply they got was ridiculous, asking us to open another villa, but we didn’t want to. Agree and then call and wait for a long time for a reply. The purpose is to sell us a bigger room and not let us stay if we don't agree. In the end, we had to double the price to upgrade two rooms. This forced consumption method is very disgusting. This is the worst hotel in Vietnam travel and makes me have a very bad impression of Vietnamese hotels. The service staff on the island are very warm and attentive.

The hotel in Ningfan Bay has a seaside single-family villa. The entire hotel has more than 30 rooms, so even if the Spring Festival comes, it is very quiet. The overall style is wild, luxurious and escapist, suitable for people who like to take a vacation. There are not many Chinese people in the hotel, mainly Europeans, Americans, Koreans, and local Vietnamese. The butler I contacted was named Jayce. The service was very good, the response was quick, he spoke fluent English, and the communication was smooth. He received good reviews. There are also disadvantages. The hotel has been open for a long time, so the room facilities are relatively outdated. However, the flaws are not hidden. The villa is very large and has a very special room type experience. In addition, our family of three felt that the quality of the food in the hotel was average. Finally, I highly recommend the hotel’s jungle hiking. You must take part in it. The special landform and special experience are very popular with a 6-year-old child. This activity cannot be experienced in Sanya or Thailand.

It was the best accommodation I stayed in during my trip with Nha Trang. All the staff were very kind to us from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Also, the dinner we had while looking out at the sea was very good. They presented healthy food for breakfast. Next time I visit Nha Trang, I will definitely visit the resort again.
