While our room and the building itself were in need of some upgrades - it was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

My stay was excellent. Exactly as described. This is a budget motel with no extra frills but as promised it is clean, esthetically pleasing, beds are great and room was spacious and contained everything you need for a stay. The manager, Preet, was a kind, friendly and professional worker. Everytime I left the room it seemed he was cleaning or working on something. It is clear he takes pride in his job and in the property.

This is a quaint and quiet budget stay. The room was spotless, fresh, tasteful decor, with microwave, tv and fridge and AC that all worked. It is off the main road so even though it is downtown North Bay, it is unusually quiet. We were greeted by the manager, Preet, who was professional, kind and hard working. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking an affordable room that is clean and pleasing.

The front desk isnt staffed, and you need to use a Ring, or sall a number even to check in. But hey, the staff is ok with playing Cricket in the parking lot, smashing a tennis ball at parked vehicles. Like teenaged boys. It was weird.

Good stay for one night.
I stayed here with a friend for just one night.
At first glance we were a bit shocked from the hotels outside appearance. But our rooms were really clean and cozy. We had a very good night and could even leave our car at the parking lot after check-out for another two hours to explore the city of North Bay.
The breakfast area was undergoing a renovation. So no chance to get any breakfast at all or even a coffee. But there is a coffee machine in the rooms and several coffee shops just around the corner.
Nothing could beat the price!
