The CP value is very high! The room is larger than expected, and the overall environment, cleanliness, and WiFi are all satisfactory!

For self-driving tours, the hotel provides parking spaces (but parking spaces are limited) and it takes about 5-10 minutes to reach the ski resort. If you don’t have a car, the hotel provides a shuttle bus! There is a ski equipment rental service in the hotel (but not used)

Niseko skiing and sightseeing by car! Can be given priority.
If there is no car, consider the convenience of entry and exit.

This hotel is really great. It is in the snow field. There is breakfast every day. The focus is on the Chinese counter. The Chinese counter is really good. ⋯ We have encountered many problems and helped us solve them. Even after checking out, we have to go to another hotel and send a car to send us there. It is really good ⋯ us. The ticket that can't be booked on the Internet to return to the airport is also handled by them. 😭 In the future, the Second Valley will only come to their house. Fortunately, this trip has counter assistance.

Convenient for all arrangements during guests' stay, including arranging car pick-up, changing towels, making appointments for cleaning, etc.
We booked a three-bedroom room with three toilets, so the family members don’t have to queue up in the morning. The room faces Mount Yotei, which is great for taking photos.
￼The breakfast is average, nothing too surprising. It is included in the room rate, so there is not much to ask for. ￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼. If you have high requirements for breakfast, you can buy the ingredients and cook it yourself at the hotel.
The only thing that is relatively inferior is the kitchen equipment. There is no hot pot equipment, but the microwave and steam oven are Miele, which are very easy to use and convenient. It can be seen that the hotel's management team is willing to spend money on hardware.
The most commendable thing is the service. Since the hotel is relatively far from the ski resort, it is very convenient to call a taxi to and from the ski resort every time. You only need to notify us 5 to 10 minutes in advance. ￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Hirafu Welcome Center. The staff will contact us by email in advance, and the pick-up is very convenient and on time! There is a locker for ski equipment on B1, which is a real skiin-out. B1 goes directly to the chairlift, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Ace Gondola! The pizza on the first floor is delicious and not expensive. You can walk directly at noon. There is a very convenient supermarket Hirafu188 nearby, and it is not far to Lawson. Breakfast can be solved in your own kitchen. Everything is good!

My experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway .

What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome.

I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. Can't wait to return!

The apartment is modern in style, fully equipped, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, nestled in the beautiful snow scenery of Niseko, and the mountain view of Mount Yangjiao seems to be close at hand. On the main street, there is a shuttle bus to the ski lift in the morning, which is very convenient. Returning to skiing in the evening, taking a walk on the lively streets, a wide variety of restaurants, and delicious street food. Not far from the supermarket, you can make your own breakfast, or you can be next to the warm and beautiful coffee shop.

Love the spacious and warm hotel room, and the view from our hotel room! I found Fenix West in Trip.com and no other platforms, and found it amazingly beautiful and a good deal for the location. We hear that the hotel is more frequently used during winter seasons when guests come by to do snowboarding. Also the reason why the hotel has a storage wardrobe for ski equipments. The room was really spacious with a view of the mountains. I love how spacious the room was, and it is good enough for 2 adult giants. The rooms have balconies too. Because this hotel is catered for winter activities, the hotel room is equipped with 2 heaters; one in the room, one in the toilet - so comfortable and warm. It was pretty cold when we visited in early May but the heating system helped keep us warm all night. I feel like home in this hotel room. 
No breakfast is provided for our stay but there is a cafe just below the hotel at a reasonable price. The staff at the cafe speak english, and they are very fluent and very friendly! The food were all freshly made and really very yummy. You must have their coffee too. 
Parking facilities is available on-site too. The disadvantage about this place is that it is very quiet, and the place feels like a quiet town after certain hours due to its low period. Given a chance, I will stay at Fenix West again - no matter what season I visit Furano!

Fenix Furano was a quaint little hotel with little frills, but it suited us fine... we understood the green policy behind minimising housekeeping, and we are totally fine with in.

One downside is that they didn't have non-slip mats for the bathtub when you used it to shower. The body soap was very soapy and with the tub surface; making it a potential safety concern... and indeed, my elderly mum-in-law fell and hit her head.. she had a bump and some bleeding. We hope that the management looks into this for the safety of all guests.

Apart from this, we enjoyed the tranquillity of the vacinity and drove out to wherever we wanted from there. We would recommend this place if you have a rental car.

The service was top !
We are extremely satisfied with the Vale this hotel. The room was spacious and had a pleasant surprise with its large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide and high view that allowed us to enjoy a snowscape. The facilities in the room are also very comprehensive, including a kitchen, a washer, and a dryer, which we are very satisfied with. Patricia (sweet smiling lady) knew that there were three of us and prepared an extra third chair so that we could all sit together to eat. 

Melanie and Liam provided impeccable service. Despite the booking only two nights at The Vale, and we needed to move to Rusutsu resort ( no available in the Vale for the rest of our holiday) they assisted us to deliver our 7 luggage’s to Rusutsu resort(that hotel service is very so so)

This led us to The Rusutsu Resort hotel where our luggage was handled very well. Despite the extremely cold , Melanie and Liam were there to help us load our luggage onto the car, and Liam ensured that our belongings were safely delivered to the other Resort. 

Honestly , the price in the Vale is value for money for this truly wonderful experience. Rusutsu Resort hotel is overpriced with the such quality service .
