One Niseko Resort Towers

The room was very spacious. The location might be a bit deep as it's on a hill, but that area is a popular accommodation spot for tourists. Overall, it's considered okay. The staff communicated well in English, but the hotel isn't very responsive to chat messages.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Moiwa and Annupuri ski resorts, with a handy shuttle service. The scenery is beautiful, breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, with the option to self-cater. There's also a large public bath and massage room on the 3rd floor, and ski lockers, washing machines, and dryers on the 1st floor – excellent facilities all around. The staff are friendly, and there's even Chinese-speaking staff available. The only downside is a sewer smell, which seems to permeate the entire hotel.

The tap water stopped running from 9 PM until 11:30 PM. The hotel only compensated us with two bottles of tap water. The elevator wasn't working properly; my husband got stuck twice while trying to exit it. The tissue box had mold on it, and there was a lot of dust in the room. The balcony was extremely dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned at all. It was a complete waste of money; I paid for two nights and it was a total waste of time.

Stayed at Guntado Hotel again, mainly for the hot springs, which are incredibly relaxing. The rooms are very spacious, offering great value for money among the many Niseko hotels, making it ideal for families. It's within walking distance to a ski resort, but for more serious skiers, it might be a bit inconvenient as you'll need to take a shuttle to reach the more famous slopes.
