Need to complaint a staff called 玲 always NO for every request and poor English every staff. Dinner was worthless but breakfast was better. WiFi was weak in some room especially rooms near elevators

It was a very satisfying experience. The hotel is located on a hillside near the sea. Looking out from the lobby, it felt like being in France. The Japanese-style ocean view room I booked was very spacious, and the sunset in the evening was particularly beautiful. I also loved the yukata provided and took many beautiful photos.

It was a good stay at first, but the next day I found a lot of blood stains on the mattress. Although it had been washed, it was in obvious patches. The quilt did not have a quilt cover but was separated by a layer of cloth. The quilt was a very dark brown color. There are also large stains, but I can't tell whether they are blood or something else. In short, I feel disgusted when I see them. The mattress should be thrown away, and the quilt cover should be washed. Isn't it because the staff can't see that such a huge stain and disgusting stains are not washed? I don't know what the Japanese guests thought after seeing this. I believe they were more angry. After all, Japan is famous for its cleanliness. The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful and there are buses outside the door. It’s just that there are no restaurants or convenience stores, so it’s inconvenient.

It's inconvenient to go far from Mishima, but I was relieved to see that the interior was nicer than the exterior. The dinner buffet had a lot of sushi, and best of all, the all-you-can-drink alcohol was great. The room had the feel of a good old Japanese hotel, so as long as you don't expect too much, I don't think you'll be dissatisfied. The baths were also very clean, and the open-air cypress bath in particular had a luxurious feel. This time I stayed with a friend, but I'd like to bring my children and relax as a family, so if I have the opportunity, I'd like to stay here again.

It happened to be a holiday for Japanese people. It was very crowded but the service was very good.

rice is not tasty I overslept a little during breakfast time, and the time limit was about 20 minutes... The lady at the reception told me to keep to the time limit! The next customer is coming! I don't know how to say it, but I don't think a first-class hotelier would say something like this. "If you're an adult with a child, it might be possible, but...is there another way to say it?" and offended.

The view was very beautiful in the ocean view room. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and I felt comfortable. The cypress bath was very nice. I would like to stay here again when I go to Nishiizu.

This hotel has a great view of the ocean right in front of you. There is a pool and a nearby beach, so it's convenient for people who like to swim. There is a beer server in the room (about 2 liters) so you can drink as much as you like. The food was also delicious. We had a spacious Japanese-Western style room plan, so it was a shame to stay with just the two of us. (My son, who was supposed to accompany me, was suddenly unable to come.)

My first impression upon arriving was that it was more luxurious than I expected! Inside, it was very clean and the food wasn't as bad as the reviews said. There's free karaoke and table tennis, so you won't have too much time to kill. The baths were made of cypress and crystal and were alternated between men and women, but there were no particular issues and they were very nice. If I had to say one thing, this time we only had the mountain side due to short notice, but next time I would definitely like to reserve a room on the sea side. There was no view from the mountain side and there were spider webs on the windows.

The cheaper rooms were fully booked, so I stayed in an expensive room for Itoen Hotel. For the above reasons, it would have been okay for me and my child to sleep together in the Japanese-style room, but since it was 2 beds + futon, my wife and child slept in the bed. When she woke up in the morning, she said that the futon was better. The beach was right in front of us and the view from the room was great. However, you can only see the sea from the Japanese-style room and bath, and you cannot see the sea from the Western-style room. As for the hot springs, the cypress bath was good, but the crystal bath was not so good. The food feels like you're in a hotel right in front of the sea. I thought it didn't make much difference whether I went to the beach or the mountains at Itoen Hotel. The pool might be fun if you have small children.

I stayed here for a business trip. The Tokai bus stop is right in front of me, making it easy to spot. There are no convenience stores nearby, but there is a 7-Eleven about 15 minutes away. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the ocean view rooms offer amazing sunsets. Check-in was completed by completing a COVID-19 health check, signing a contract, and receiving an explanation of the facilities. I was asked to take my yukata before the elevator, but there was no obi, and for some reason, my slippers were on the bottom step. When I returned to the front desk, I was told I should only take the yukata, and the rest were in the room. I also wanted a T-shaped razor, but they didn't have one in the room, and there was no explanation. They had one in the public bath. I wish they would have explained things more clearly, or if they provided a paper guide to the facilities, I would have liked it to be clearly stated. The room door does not auto-lock. The room has a slight old-fashioned hotel smell. It doesn't take long to get used to it, but it bothers me every time I enter the room. The room was a spacious twin room, comfortable. There were no outlets on the table, but on the wall near the floor. There were two available outlets. The TV was large and LCD. The toilet doesn't have a washlet, and the only towels provided are for the bath, so I'd like an extra towel for drying my hands. The bed is single-sized. The refrigerator's noise is a bit annoying. The large public bath is on the first floor, and slippers are numbered to prevent confusion with other types when entering the changing room. There are free lockers for room keys and valuables. There is an indoor bath and an open-air bath. Due to COVID-19, the sauna is closed, but there is a cold bath. The water temperature was just right and I was able to relax. In the morning, the men's and women's baths are switched. The other bath is an indoor bath only, with no open-air bath. The sauna is also closed here. Breakfast is a buffet. Although there is a wide selection, it uses a lot of frozen pre-made dishes, so the sweetness and flavor are not great. If I were to stay multiple nights, I would recommend two nights. There is a pool, but I didn't use it. My SoftBank phone had weak reception in the mountain-facing rooms, with only one or two lines, and calls would often drop out. The Wi-Fi signal was also weak.
