The surrounding environment is very good, there is a lake, and it should be the newest hotel in the area, so I chose it. But in fact, the hygiene details do not seem to be in place. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, there is dust on the sockets and fingerprints on the mirrors. The room is not big, but it is well-equipped. As a business hotel, the table is a bit small and inconvenient to work. However, the sound insulation of the room is not good. The road outside the window can hear noise. The most speechless thing is that there is a door in the room, and the movement next door can be heard clearly, which is very noisy. The most important thing to note is the hotel's awareness of details. The mineral water provided in the room has a protruding plastic tip on the bottle cap. When rotating the bottle cap, it is likely to be scratched by it (as shown in Figures 5 and 9). Although it does not look deep, it is actually scratched very deeply. When I gave feedback to the front desk and asked them to pay attention to the supplier of mineral water next time and pay attention to details to avoid accidental injury again, the front desk just smiled and thought that such a small wound was still a big deal, and even asked me jokingly if I needed a band-aid. I can only say that these small things can reflect the hotel's poor service awareness. But in general, this is a relatively new hotel in the area, and there is a restaurant on the underground first floor (the taste is ordinary), and there are restaurants around (there is a steak house with good taste), which is very convenient, so if I come on a business trip next time, I may still stay here. I can only hope that it can be improved as much as possible.

Отель не плохой. Чисто, вкусно можно позавтракать, удобное расположение. Однако есть проблемы с водой.

1. Обслуживание - персонал не очень дружелюбен. Отель пафосный, не соответствует 4 звездам - не больше 3-х. 2. Нужен косметический ремонт в номерах, особенно дверные проемы и ванная комната. 3. Нормальная, стандартный шведский стол.

Отличный отель, однозначно лучший в Тагиле. Чисто, тепло, комфортно, удобно. Park Inn ушел, а отель все равно хорош.

每次來下塔吉爾都住這個酒店，房間也可以，旁邊的湖很漂亮，9月份woman summer天氣很不錯。酒店外面的koster餐廳牛排很好吃，有點小貴。

Все на высшем уровне.
