There’s a cafe right down the hotel, I am having a delicious breakfast right there! The hotel location is in the onsen street, lots of choice for dinner.

Great location – just a short walk to Hell Valley and surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Free yukata is provided, so you can walk around the onsen town in style. The best part is the unlimited access to both the inn’s own hot spring and the big Takimotokan Grand Bath. There’s also a bakery in the lobby with fresh bread and coffee.
Cons : Wi-Fi is very poor (especially in the rooms), check-out is early at 10am, and the natural sulphur smell from the hot springs is noticeable not only around town but also sometimes in the rooms.
Overall, a convenient and affordable stay.

Overall, we’re very happy with this hotel. The customer service is excellent and the room was clean. The location is convenient, and they offer free parking for those traveling by car. There’s also a free drop-off to the bear park if you let the staff know. As a bonus, guests can use the onsen at the hotel across the street, and the price is great for this city. The only downside is the Wi‑Fi, which is very poor and often fails to connect.

New hotel, nice room, the staff is helpful during check-in. There is a nice bakery cum cafe in the hotel, the pastries are nice. Only setback is the WiFi connection, most of the time it cannot be connected.

Stayed at Adex Inn Hotel and had a great experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk to 地狱谷 (Jigokudani / Hell Valley), making it super convenient for sightseeing.
One of the best added values is the access to the open-site onsen facilities, which really enhanced the overall stay and relaxation.
The room is a bit small, but that’s expected in Japan — especially considering the very reasonable pricing. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay. Highly recommended for travelers who want convenience and a relaxing onsen experience!

The hotel is a modern building and has a welcoming vibes. Love it here! Was pretty quiet when we were there. Maybe it wasn't the season but it meant tt the onsen which was quite small was not crowded too. Lovely water from the Hell Valley🤗. Enjoyed our stay there.
Their lounge area look to the street so you can have your coffee at the cafe n people watch.
