Lovely onsen hotel with very spacious rooms! Superb meals served and with very attentive service. Also love the relaxing lounge with free drinks and great music. The onsen in the rooms are slightly dated and run down though. Overall a good stay in that area!

Quite and privacy is yes for this onsen hotel. Check in service and room setup is kind of below expectations.
Most Common area is nice but not the room.
Dinner is below expectations, but breakfast is good.

Huge room with private onsen! Delicious Kaiseki dinner and sumptuous breakfast in private rooms. Service was impeccable! Highly revommend!

Hotel is very nice with good food. In room onsen is the best. Only downside is no transportation between Noboribetsu Station to the hotel. Need to take the bus to hot spring street entrance and walk for 17 min which is not easy in winter time.

設施：酒店設施跟不上現在的需求，窗簾是百葉窗簾一點不遮光，早上5點多就亮了，半夜起床都不用開燈，窗外燈光都看得見。床頭插座很少，牀頭櫃沒有，衹有一個很小的枱子。
其它都滿意。

很好的温泉酒店，服務非常好，私密低調，用餐都是獨立小間，料理很精緻，每道都是藝術，我想應該是大唐遺風吧，禮、雅的體現。小美女很耐心等我用軟件對話翻譯，房間有私湯，火山旁的天然温泉，硫磺味不重，酒店離地獄谷和大湯沼很近，走路二十分鐘。滿足了我假期放鬆的心意。
