Karibu Aruba Boutique Hotel

We had a lovely stay, the hosts were very helpful and we felt at home immediately. It was lovely to be somewhere quiet compared to the very busy hotels at the front. Easy to get around walking, buses and taxis.

We were very pleased with our room which even had a small kitchen, fridge and micro so we could make our own breakfasts. The hosts were both helpful and friendly. There’s a small pool and sunning patio with a pleasant view of wetlands. 15 minute walk to the beach.

Karibu is an excellent place to stay. It is reasonably priced, very clean, free of the hotel area crowds. Everything you need is close by. Renting a car makes it easier to get around but taxis are easily accessible.

Like everything about the property it was clean access to hotels and places and restaurants around were easy. Staff was excellent and courteous. Enjoyed the hospitality.

A sweet little hotel run by the nicest couple. They just make things so easy. All we had to do was relax. Karibu is also a short walk to the beach and ******s. If you walk the other way a couple of blocks there’s a good grocery store. Go, and Andrus and Beja will treat you like they treated us- like family.

We just got back from Aruba two days ago and I can't say enough great things about this little gem. It's a 2 minute drive to the ***** of hotels, so you can enjoy the beaches and nightlife and return to tranquility at this 3 apartment hotel. Andras, Beja and Isabel are wonderful people that go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience. They offer airport pick up for free, not that we needed it, and also beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling gear for our day trips. The back patio and pool were relaxing and quiet and the open front courtyard was breezy and comfy to sit and read, or talk. A common kitchen is available as well as mini fridges in each room. Andras made excellent recommendations for excursions and also arranged a horseback daytrip for us, having them pick us up right out front. If you want to be close to the beaches without the crowds of the high rise hotels, I strongly recommend Karibu Aruba!

The place was so peaceful, quiet, and all around LOVELY! Our hosts were fabulous and welcoming. We spent one of our days doing a quick butterfly farm visit (5min away) in the morning, then wound up staying at the pool lounging the rest of the day since it was so wonderful! Nearby, we loved Tres Trapi for a 5min drive away snorkle with sea turtles, then a bit further up for a quieter beach, Arashi, (but get there early for an umbrella). Isabel and Andras offered us beach chairs amd snorkle gear, which made a world of difference! I recommend renting a car of you're there longer than a couple days, very affordable options at airport! This is by far the best experience with a hotel that my husband and I have ever had. The attention to detail was amazing! The owners greeted us and made us a juice drink when we arrived (after a very long day of travel). They talked to us for a moment and told us if we needed anything at all to let them know. The room had a fridge, oven, sink, coffee maker, and tea kettle (anything needed if you wanted to cook!). The pool was beautiful and often times we had it all to ourselves. They had snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and everything needed to enjoy the island. It is a very short drive to any beach and we had no trouble at all driving 2 minutes away and parking to enjoy the beach. We had our own parking spot for our rental car. The room we booked had two doors, one to the common area and one to the pool. One of the best parts was the room service. The very nice woman who cleaned our rooms was so amazing!! She was sweet and helpful and every day we came home to a very clean room and fresh towels. She helped call us a cab when it was time to go back to the airport. I can't say enough good things about this place. This is the way to go if you want to go to Aruba, everything has been thought of and you have a nice comfy place to be when you aren't out exploring or enjoying the beach. It felt like we were leaving family when we had to go, that is how welcome we felt. A beautiful wonderful place. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!
