I regret to share that my experience at the hostel was not entirely positive. Despite the hostel's promising aspects, such as its location and ambiance, I encountered challenges during my stay. Cockroach sightings in both the bathroom and kitchen were disappointing, and, unfortunately, my attempts to address this concern with the staff were met with no resolution. Moreover, the manager's consistently rude attitude and unhelpful demeanor towards guests detracted from the overall experience. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in cleanliness and customer service.

The accommodation was fantastic as a backpackers hostel, but the initial description did not describe it as one. Towels weren’t provided and on-site parking wasn’t available. However, the staff were fantastic and really accommodating, and when finding out my partner and I weren’t from the area, they told us some fantastic hot spots and were really helpful with any request/query we had.

Its a good place to spend night in this price segment. I recommend

The staff in this hostel are very friendly, and there are free surf boards etc to use. There is also air con in the bedrooms which is good. It is cheaper than the other hostels in Noosa but the location is poor as it’s far away from everything. This hostel is completely open plan, everything is always unlocked with everyone from every unit wandering into eachothers kitchens, rooms and bathrooms. It is full of long termers, which is very cliquey. Within 5 minutes of being there we were told by a long termer in our room that we should never lock the door as people never take keys with them “nothing will get stolen” which is fine if you’re a long termer and trust everyone but everyone are complete strangers to us? There are no lockers provided either. As all the doors are always open there are flies/mosquitos everywhere around the food in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. Our shower (to be shared between 9 people) was the only decent one in the whole hostel so the entire hostel used ours and you could never get in it. We then had to go into other peoples units to use their showers, it just felt really unorganised. I slept worst in this hostel compared to all of the others, as everyone sits directly outside our room at night till the early hours of the morning. Tried ear plugs and asking the manager but it still continued, as there is no specified common area for everyone to go so everyone’s just sat right outside the bedrooms all night.

The hostel has many long term residents of which think they run the place. The vibe here is perfect if you’re looking to be around many other lazy people who just sit around all day and smoke ****. Only 1 shower seemed to really work and as a result everyone in the hostel used it. People are sat outside room windows playing music and being loud pretty much every night until the early hours. I also think the location isn’t great as there isn’t much nearby and the buses are a nightmare. Rooms are very basic with no table or lockers and the long term residents didn’t allow us to lock our rooms meaning anyone can access your belongings. Reasonable place if you’re staying maybe 1 night but otherwise I would avoid. Positives are the buses were free to the other areas of Noosa and the staff at this hostel were really friendly.

Beachy and surf vibe. Great spot to stay, it isn't catered for upmarket pretentious folk but its clean and have nice staff, we had a great time just relaxing there and its a good location to surf at sunshine beach

I have been charged twice for this. Not only was there problems even booking wotif had the wrong date and then was trying to tell me it was my fault) I then only had 1 room not 2. Money had been taken from my account and then I still had to pay again when I got there. Very bad business.

It was not good value relative to motels we've stayed at. For the same price other accommodation included tea & coffee making facilities, bar fridges & microwaves in room. There were also no hooks, cupboards or drawers for clothing.

My room met all my expectations.
